For anyone struggling, I've found that spreading stats across Stamina (priority), Strength, Defense, and vitality does the trick.

There's a glitch when you get pushed all the way to the left of the arena. When you try to attack, the enemy attacks instead and you end up killing yourself. Fuuu** this game

When you first start out, put your name then put (,) after your name. Keep Hitting random till a giant pair of legs appear. Click the Ready Button and then head strait for a duel. Kill the guy. Once that happens the game will say error. Go back and create a new gladiator and he will have 2500 Agility Points. You can now subtract them and add them to your other stats.

Got to the 11th Arena, level 30 with maxed out armour then get hit for 550 + 750 freeze damage by randomly generated dude mid tournament 11/10. Also save function still not working.

So, I just beat 5 tournaments, where the base damage from enemies was like 40-50, but for some reason I came across a guy with a fencing sword who killed me in like 2 attacks that were around 300 damage each. Broke much? Still love the game.

now I know im not the first person to say this but u really should fix the save option,its not that hard and me and everyone else would enjoy the game 20 times more if we could just continue the story without having to start over every 20 minutes.

I perfer the Swords And Sandals III or the IV full version
Downloading it without a pay but it does not saves gladiators if you close the swords and sandals

This game either hates me or all of its events are negative. I try helping people and the town and I always somehow seem to lose points for it. It's really annoying the only safe way to play is by not giving a f*** about people

In the start, put EXACTLY 2 commas as your name then randomize ( probably 7-8 times) until you find a guy with a trait/skill of 2500. Then change your name so that the game would not crash. Like so that others can see this. :). MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE YOUR NAME AFTER YOU GOT THE GAME OR ELSE IT WOULD CRASH

So, I just spent like 15 minutes in a round whipping the audience into a frenzy, by dashing around and then farting, until I had the audience intrest rate up to 100%..
I then only got 2k....

oh please everyone i've finished this it's just finish the last tournament this is so easy i just restart the game and do the same way i did AND SAVE DOES WORK

This game is unplayable. I have only 3 chances to fight and gain money before I'm forced to go into the tournament. If I'm killed in the tournament (which I always am), then I lose and have to completely start all over from the beginning with a brand new character - which again, can only fight and gain money 2 or 3 times before being forced into the tournament again, and killed again. This might work if I could fight and grind for better gold and equipment before having no choice but to pick tournament. 0/5.
