This "game" is so slow paced and considering you won't be rewarded past 12 hours of being offline, it means you have to constantly check in but NOT PLAY to get meager amounts of gold. You could play the game regularly and get about the same amount of gold for wasting your time and attention. I get it's an idle game but one that makes you not play to progress really sucks. Possibly the dumbest medium badge I've come across.

I spend 150 gems for a monster... and get a rare sphynx? Parton my language... but that is bullshit. I was reminded why I didn't bother to get the medium badge. I will not likely be coming back.

I think some settings to, for instance, allow you to always accept a new member would be amazing! Small things like that add a ton to the quality of life for the game. Unless I just missed those settings somewhere.

Here's how to beat the 2nd boss. Wait for and buy a legendary (or mythic) mage with a defensive core from shop monsters singles and give it a Psychic Shield, Steely, Holy Spirit, and other good defensive traits. Then get 4 elves and give them Tribalism or Team Player. Leveling them is very important. I don't know but maybe it's possible to use auto clicker overnight to farm gold. But anyway, over time level your elves to 50 and your legendary to 30. The boss should die in less than 5 seconds as damage stacks multiplicatively. If you have problems, just save up and use 6 consumables. And when it dies, you can see that you did not get the medium badge even though the badge's icon is the icon of the 2nd boss, the name of the badge is "Beware False Eye-dols Badge" hints at the one-eyedness of the 2nd boss, and the badge's description is "Defeat the second boss". You wallow in immense pain realizing that the area number in the badge is wrong and you now must clear another 16 areas.

Most important features that this game is lacking:
1) Ability to auto-collect captured monsters during AFK gameplay.
2) Ability to auto-restart a run when a run fails.

The Healer skill says Deal 50% damage at the start. Does this mean my monsters damage is dropped by 50% when you get this trait? Or is this a separate skill that just does 50% damage when it fires?

Got first badge in August 4, 2020. Just got 2nd badge on November 11,2020. That was playing everyday for Daily Quests and idling afterwards.
This is a hard badge!!!

I think when you capture a monster it would be nice to also have the option to scrap it, instead of having to go to the inventory and scrapping it through there. It's a bit silly that you can "Keep" or "Reroll" but not "Scrap".

potion space is bad, each potion takes up space even if they are the same type and size, there so much loss cause lack of space

"If you're hitting a progress wall, take a break and come back a few hours later!". A month after getting the easy badge, coming on every day, and I'm still not past level 39. Getting close to giving up here. Tedious.

I've never spent this amount of time just to get a medium badge. I've been stuck at level 39 for days now. This game is beyond tedious.

I like the concept of traits being passed down by consumption, I like the game art and I like that you can click on apples apples, loose papers, etc. But it takes way too long to make any progress. You can't really change your team because it costs way too much gold. Trying to improve traits is also difficult, because you have such a small inventory space. This game definitely needs some rebalancing!

I first gave a good note to the game, but the more I played, the lower it went.
- No confirmation for the Gachapon thing, lost 150 gems.
- Interface is terrible. By all means.
- Game is tedious. I keep trying to get another Sphynx but it doesn't drop and I keep having to clean the inventory during the process.
- How complicated would it be to allow us to scrap a monster instead of chosing to keep it?
- I unlocked the long awaited auto-scrapper. No idea where it is and how I use that.
- I'd like to use more filters at once. I keep having to change the filters depending of what I want to do.
- I killed the second boss. Guess something changed, because it was not level 56 and I don't have the badge yet.
Rating now reached 1/5 but still don't have the badge.

every single idle game I've played prior to this one has been better designed to keep pulling me back in for more. I can't put my finger on why I'm so apathetic about this one. It just feels like nothing I do when I'm online matters I guess.

And adding to the previous comment - If they've condensed the difficulty so that, say, level 30 is == the previous level 50, they forgot to also update the home base upgrades. Some require you to get to map 40, and another at map 50. Which are now more difficult to get to from what I'm seeing. And if that's the case, it's disaster dominoes all the way down; you needed to get to 40 to get a chance at getting "Legendary" monsters. Now? You're stuck with lower-class monsters, thus keeping you stuck at a wall.

Not only was progress reset, but now it's made even harder. I was up to around round 37. Boss was moved earlier, and now I'm getting stopped at round 22. I also didn't get any offline gold thanks to the new update. If they took away offline gold, I don't see how the second badge can be completed.

I was on Level 55 about to get the badge for completing level 56 and now after a game update I'm back in 20 levels. ARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGG.

Follow up from last one:
3) Almost every strategy is heavily limited by the first two problems and this makes the game just kind of unfun. You can't do anything without grinding an hour for every level your monsters gain and you can't take risks on the few cases where you have the option because the cost outweighs the benefit.
I'm going to try it again now, I liked it the first time but it became too tedious for a game that should be for entertainment, maybe now it's improved, fingers crossed.

Guys, I geniunely like this game, but I haven't played it in a while because it had a couple of problems that feed off of each other and judging by the comments it still has them.
1) It's just too slow to progress (the offline progress is genuinely better than the online one and that's an issue), you just can't get enough gold to make your monsters stronger without closing the game and coming back in a few hours, the gem mechanics are fine for a rare coin but we really need some way to get gold that isn't a risky bet.
2) You cannot reliably get good monsters, in good part because of the first issue. Since progress is risky you are encouraged to stale, maybe if the frontier was reworked so that it was the last few stages of every biome rather than (or as well as) the levels between checkpoints, we would have a better reason to, you know, try to push the frontier without being punished if we can't clear it all at once.

This game stopped saving my progress. I beat 30 new levels and it didn't save. I tried again beating 25 new levels and it still didn't save. I tried using the cloud sync option and it erased 3 months of my progress! I'm done.
