A hole came onto my ship and ate my escort a millisecond before he faded into happiness!
Holes shouldn't be able to get onto your ship.

You also really seem to have put some effort into throwing your own mechanics in the scrap heap. You give us a way to kill enemies, then make it fairly worthless since they come right back, and are fairly easy to dodge in the first place if you don't fall asleep and run right into one, or end up trapped between two in one of the long hallways. You also give us rotating platforms, those that we can change ourselves, and those that change on their own, and then build 90% of the levels out of unmoving ones, or moving ones where moving them doesn't do anything, or is so basic as to be "Push space bar to continue playing the game". These would be a lot more entertaining if there was some meaningful level of strategy to using either bombs or blocks. As is I mostly ignore both of them.

Sum of experience: 11 levels of bordom since enemies are so easy to dodge, followed by one annoying level where you have to run right at them, followed by more boring easy levels, followed by ones where you might as well be running on a straight line since making any choice other than just running right at the next objective puts you over the time limit, followed by more bordom trying to see if this comes together anywhere, which it kinda does for the last level, but only in reaching a low to medium level of difficulty.

Nice concept BUT you forgot one thing regarding hearts and bombs: Or you count the amount at level start and if collect some in the level and i die, the items collected are reset and i have the level init amount, OR if i die i don't find the hearts/bombs i collected in my life before, otherwise all you have to do is "grind" in LEVEL 5 hearts+bombs/wait on a bridge for rotation/die/rinse and repeat until have a load, then play mindlessly the other levels = no strategy/no fun.

Level 16 is just run under time. Least mistake = timed out. Not fun.
I managed it, but died a lot first for no good reason.

I like it, fun & entertaining. However, why do you sometimes go into an auto run & sometimes not. Also it would be nice if you could choose when to detonate the bombs, because the enemies move so fast. I also feel the game studdering periodically, which gets really annoying. 3/5 Fix these issues & would rate higher.

Though this game is beautifully put together and i like the concept, there are a couple of areas in which I feel it falls short. What is the point in using bombs if you have another black hole on your tail in less than 5 seconds? Is there a way to stop the black holes at all? I find myself just finding ways to trap the holes in innocuous areas rather than actually killing them, because they just respawn and I have to deal with them again. The time limit also bothers me, though I feel that that may just be a personal complaint. I feel like you could play more on the interesting puzzle aspect to this game as well. However, as it stands now, I feel that this game is not my "flavor." I don't know... It just doesn't drag me in and consume my time like some other games. Overall a great effort, but I feel that it's just not for me.

Not much to say about this game, really. The design is uninspired, bombs are useless, and the whole ambiance is pretty blah. 3 / 5

Crazy tedious. i had fun for the first 5 levels then as time when on i got bored, then annoyed. then said "why am I still playing this game?"

MochiGames eh? Well, the most it can earn now is a 3/5, and by the looks of the comments, that's probably what it'll get...

By level 20 I still had never found a really useful place to use a bomb... died finally on that level as they still don't really help to kill the holes in the clear place you expect them to help.

i liked it, but the ease of getting more lives makes the game more time consuming then challenging. gaining 2 lives in a round, then losing one doesnt mean much when you can just get 2 more lives going through the map again. i found many levels where infinite lives was a definite possibility.

For all those getting a black screen on Google Chrome, just refresh the page. Nice graphics and idea, it gets a bit tedious after a while though.

It's okay, but nothing spectacular. I found myself running into the issues that most of the other comments were running into, such as the limited bomb factor, and the sticky keys. It's still a good concept, and should be built upon. 3/5

giving limited bombs is really, really outrageously stupid when literally the moment after you kill the enemy it just respawns. Also, it's really tough to move for some reason in this game, it results in getting stuck a lot, getting killed by enemies, and running off ledges. It's pretty annoying.

Yet another game to suffer greatly from Flash 10's sticky keys syndrome. Impossible to do anything requiring coordination when your character walks like he's wearing greased platform shoes.

Great game , just a little bit too easy except levels like "Just run".
I dont get it , is there a trick or something else? It would be great if someone help me i want to finish it. (:

I've got to say this game left me cold. I simply don't get where the challenge is supposed to come from. There's no logic puzzling that I can make out, the enemies are uninteresting and the only strategy to deal with them is to run away since the bombs are uttely pointless (limited blast area + enemies respawn immediately). To make matters worse there's no feeling of reward or direction. I just don't see the point.

EDIT (not spam, corrected a rather significant typo): Great game. I think with a few minor tweaks, I'd love to see a sequel to this. The large maps and limited supply of bombs detract from the arcade feel, I think, and lend more to an adventure sort of appeal.. I don't think the large maps are too great of a deal, but bombs should reset each time a level is reset. As is now, they're too scarce of a resource (again, lending more to an adventure feel). It is too easy to gain lives, imo hearts should not reset when the level is reset, at least not until the whole game is beaten. And finally, levels like 16 "Just Run" would make great bonus levels, racing against the clock to improve your score, but I'm not so sure about being required to complete them to progress through the game.. it turns into a matter of challenge versus difficulty (see The-Ghetto's blog entry "Debunking the Cult of 'Nintendo Hard'" he explains it quite well) At any rate, great game! Hope to see more from you :)

innomate, it's because people are all fascists and if they see someone with a difference in opinion, or anything negative towards ssomething they like they have to rate it down to show how big, clever and tough they are. it makes them feel good about themselves. that's from my experience anyway. BRING ON THE DOWNRATES!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
So, why exactly was my previous comment rated down? I stated a fact (or at least what my own game experience has shown), and mentioned my score. Which part was so offensive that people thought it necessary to downrate?

The "Unlock X trophies" achievements are bugged. I can tell this because so far I've unlocked every other trophy. For those interested, my total score is 70550.
