This is a pretty good game. To those who think it's a new type of puzzle, however, it's not. See http://www.microsoft.com/games/pandorasbox/ for one possibility where it originated. I suspect the developer may have been greatly influenced by Pandora's Box. There's even a similar Broadway picture in the original. The new one is updated, obviously. Good job to the developer.

A great original puzzle game! I haven't enjoyed any game on Kongregate in this way in for quite a while. I really hope you will create a sequel with more of the same.
Something to think about, if you want to create a harder difficulty:
I could often decide precisely where some pieces HAD to fit just because of the width to height ratio of the pixels. So if a thin, tall piece was put in a large spot you could easily see the shape of the pixels and thus know exactly what shape it should be. You could also easily decide if the piece was put in a to big or to small spot because of the scaling algorithm making the pixels obviously to large when scaled up and disappearing when scaled down.
Personally I would fix these problems with higher resolution pictures and mipmapping. This would GREATLY bump up the difficulty though.

The graphics are a little rough, but this is such an awesome concept!
I would try to adjust the graphics to stretch more smoothly. I found myself placing things based on how the pixels seemed to stretch.

At first I was like “What's that? Stupid puzzle game? Boring!”, but then I was like “Yay, this is really fun! :D I need to finish this game!” - Simple idea, but great fun.

broadway sas deff the hardest one, with the others you can still combine pieces and then c where they fit, but in broadway its hard to c the details

You really got me in the Elephant one.... and despite the fact I can read Chinese, that seed peddler one proved evil...and thanks for showing the dark side of Broadway ( not that I ever paid attentions when I walk on it :(

wtf I have just played? two things:
1. Can there be something like a one god damn piece as a start or at least original picture to look at it, I mean it wasn't too hard to make most of it, but the flowers.... Hot damn, I spent more time on these flowers than on the entire game! It will be really helpful to have original picture to look at it.
2. Song.... Please put another one or two at least.
Other than that, it was decent.

Great game .Quite challenging although it was easier because of the pixelation

Very relaxing game. Might have more replayablility if there was a score. Might be something to do with the amount of times you move pieces around or something along that line.....

The music makes you think a lot harder than you need to ._. and its not a good thing to listen to when you have a headache @_@
