Love this! It makes me remember some of the other rogues I've tried. My only minor issue is that maybe you should be able to as a wizard with Ice blast use it without it locking on to enemies so you can use the area effect to your advantage.

This is a very fun and simple rouge-like game. I especially like how subpar gear is automatically discarded. This saves me a lot of trouble in the long run. Keep up the great work!

Great game... saddening whenever you are running from 3 cockatrice and then run into 2 ogres without any cc though haha

BUG: While using the rogue, somewhere in act 1-4 my Blinding Flash stopped working. I couldn't use it and it wouldn't go on cooldown even when enemies were near. Not sure what cause it but I figured I'd let ya know since that is what beta is for. =)

The ONLY thing I hate about this game is how unlucky I seem to be. 4 weapons in a row? None stronger than my starter weapon. OH! You got polymorph? Let's turn that ogre into a cockatrice instead! That being said... still addicted >.< 5/5 Great evolution from the original, keep up the good work!

it was a great run. but i'm not sure about the balance between the various classes. beating all 3 acts with a ranger was a breeze compared to the other classes.

Great Game! One little improvement that I would suggest just to make things easier for the players is to allow a spell to be deselected by pressing its corresponding number if one decides not to use it.

Really awesome game. Only issue I found is spells/skills balance. Most of time I'm screwed on higher levels without shadow walk or charm. And generally holy spells are almost useless. Either this is a great game, well done!

I am in a house, and the shop person blocks me from getting out. Even waiting doesn't actually make him move, I don't have enough money to buy the teleport spell, and using space to wait meant buying something I didn't want when the shop window opened again. :-(

Cardinal Quest took everything that we love about the simplest Rogue-likes and made them into a quick-and-easy Flash format. Cardinal Quest 2 takes everything we loved about Cardinal Quest and makes it even more. Love it; the weird bugs that I remember in the original CQ: items missing/replaced, wrong spell casting, stats dumping for no good reason, are gone. If it wasn't beta, it'd get a 5/5. So now I'll just have to favorite it until it goes public.

i like the game, but it disgusts me when indie devs try to lock away content in hopes of getting donations from impatient people, instead of because their game warrants it. Was wondering why clearing an entire act wasn't even half the cost to unlock another character then noticed its because the morale is scaled low for that purpose....

I like the graphics of this game and the overall gameplay is great! It's addicting and I think it deserves to be published!

This is fantastic! Tons of numbers, very little repetition, and lots of options for playing. I love how you spent the time to make sure character playstyles were different. Trying to berzerk through a mob as a thief doesn't work. I also love the mob's AI, at least I think it's the AI. There's been dozens of times where an enemy is in a corner, and if I move to meet them, they get the first attack. Instead of moving to meet me, they'll sit there for a turn or two, hoping I move. It's small, but a great detail to have worked in. Makes this very tactical. :)

Please add Beastiary. Maybe with a slow unlock. Have to kill 100 to get 100% of the info. Slightly lower, 10 maybe 20 for bosses.

Really good game, only annoyance ive noticed so far is to get the morale bonus for the fighter you have to clear a level but sometimes i have to roam the level for 10 minutes to find all the enemies.

Wow this game is really solid. My only selection would be to allow canceling a skill select by pressing the number again instead of having to hit esc or click on it.

The only thing I could suggest are either more health orbs, or they give more health from the start. Granted, the upgrade is good, but it could use some tweaking.
