Excellent game. My one gripe is the battle system- I think there's enough strategy that a purely turn-based system would've worked better. It's difficult to identify all the cards and their values, especially the ones played by the enemy, and the system is not all that intuitive. The end result is that combat is often a confused and panicked mess, when I don't think it really needs to be. Other than that, I love this game.

All of your games are outstanding. But they're all underrated and overlooked, which isn't good for such a great flash developer such as yourself. I just wished more people took the chance to endeavor your games to see if they might like them, hoping that your games will become popular as they receive more exposure.

This game just miss a way to keep cards that you could use for travels. For exemple you could get a card when you remain at the same place and keep up to 3 cards. It could help planing ahead and avoiding spending tons of supplies staying still because of bad luck. Otherwise, the game is nice, good music and concept.

I had serious trouble until I noticed that the shop list had arrows. Very good game with a solitaire feel to it (you might lose and you know that going into it.)

With Tombolo on most parts.
This little unique gem should get a lot more attention.
Defeating an enemy should always come with a reward.
The damage scores are a bit high and wild in my opinion.
Using smaller numbers for HP and such would work a lot smother.
There could also be more plot to the story for flavoring.
I love a lot of good flavoring to go with my games.
Cheers to the developer for this real interesting game.

At first it seems to be a great game, but the randomness kills it beyond fun. to draw 3 utter shit cards in a defend phase, then see -46 -32 -20 something is just unbalanced.

This game would be more fun if I knew anything about anything I was doing, and the tarot system does not help that. I will be playing this game more in the future, to see if the system isn't too overbearing.

This has the potential to be an exceptional game; however, the purely random element, particularly where travel is concerned, makes it a little bit irritating at times. However, I still feel this game warrants a 4/5.

Very cool game. Hard to get into. The instructions are long and not always clear. A tutorial, where you point to things in the screen, would be nice. Also printing the meaning of each card in context would be nice (so in travel, put "Move East" under the card, or in attack/defend screen, put the value that the card attacks or defends for under the card. We don't have much time to count up pips or read the roman numerals, or figure out what they mean)

Original, to say the least. But likely too complicated for the fools of the internet to comprehend. Still, five stars.

Just won with van Hellsing. I think he is the easiest character because you can choose from the beginning from 2 different encounters...

Very well done game, more details in how the cards works and a little more help about the shop would be helpfull. What is the interaction between movements and cards? How does one calculate offense and defense?

Controls are bad :S The game concept is excellent, the style is good, but I still dont know how to play after the 3rd enemy -.-
