My game has glitched so my two best workers are constantly drinking and eating so they wont get any work done so they are just a waste of money. please add a way to fire people

There should really be an option to fire people. Money continues to drain as their experience is low so basically they currently have no use.
Right now I am being forced to sell my utilities just for the sake of survival

There really needs to be a way to fire workers. I have 4 skilled people, 2 bad people. If I use them, I will lose the Most Consistently Good Game award.

guys at first my workers didn't start working on my medium project and the problem was this, my tables only had a gap of 1 space between the rows and you need a gap of 2 in order for a worker to fit into each table. Make sure you have enough tables for the project as well. + if this helps :)))

I accidentally hired three new people and specialized them all in the same category, with no way to re-specialize or fire them I am stuck with three semi useless people, please add a way to fire and/or re-specialize.

very glitchy. i find myself having to restart my progress several times because the UI disappears randonly and i cant get it to work again.

Rowkilla, please help! After a while all my workeres just didn't show up for work, I couldn't get rid of the old workstatons to hire new workers. You NEED to fix this.

i feel like saying something sophisticated but i've got nothing, i do however, have a #relate moment. Am I like he only one that like when i first started, i looked at my rivals, i have like $200 and an average game quality of 78, i look at my top rival $21k and a quality average of 2k

I really do enjoy this game :) Seriously, concept I've never seen before and working in an IT environment (not games, but Agile SDLC) it's super relatable. New problem - two of my employees are no longer showing up for work, and so the project they are on is not moving forward. I've refreshed several times, moved furniture around, removed and re-added doors, nothing seems to work. Anyone else encountered this and found a way to fix it?

Very entertaining and fun. I have a worker who comes in day after day and does nothing but eat, drink and go on walks. He is holding up a project where no work that he is assigned to is progressing. Can't fire him, can't reassign tasks, and I'm paying him a salary. A worker dashboard would is critical, so that the company owner can see productivity, reassign project team members, understand which skills are needed on which projects, see who fits, and most of all, fire the ones who aren't earning their keep.

I hired two dudes from the second city and started them on a micro game, and they literally have 0 progress into the pre-production. my other 8 workers have finished 3 small games and 4 micro games in the same time they've sat on their fat butts in front of the fridge and watercooler. wtf.

I'm peeved that you can't hire any programmers with any actual experience beforehand. It would be nice to select already specialized people. Furthermore, it's irritating and inaccurate that once a worker is given a "specialty," all points they may have racked up in any other area should vanish completely, with no opportunity to train in anything else. And it's just bullsh!t that all the workers are men.
