I love the concept, but the click timing is tricky and I would have love to be able to see which ball originated from which gate without having to switch everything off to eliminate possibilities.

I think it would be nice if you picked the rhythm for each gate instead of having to time it; I sometimes have to try the same gate a few times just to get it on the right beat which is annoying.

The game is really hard because you have to click one beat before the number you actually want. There is this sort of one beat lag. If I click while the button is on 3, it won't stop on 3, instead it'll stop on 4.
Either a design choice or a mistake but it's hell annoying...

Its great untill you realize you have no idea what your doing and start clicking randomly at the 'gates' to win. It needs a hint or somthing like that, an more sturcture.

Haha, game seemed not very complicated, so I thought I was going to get the hard badge and the badge of the day in no time. Wrong!...

add a + or - sign next to notes/ball launchers , it's VERY annoying and TIME CONSUMING to setup what works and what not and ADDS NOTHING TO THE GAME

First eleven levels: woah this is so fun, Level twelve: OH M GOSH IM SO CONFUSED AHHHH! IM GOING TO KILL MYSELF! GOODBYE STUPID WORLD

This is not a game where hand-to-eye coordination should be needed, yet it is because of the silly gate-opening system. If you could click on a gate and then type 1-8 for the beat the game would be a 3/5 for me, as is: 2/5.

Here's walkthrough sites. http://jayisgames.com/archives/2008/05/music_bounce.php http://www.kongregate.com/forums/3/topics/8783 Both are decent, but not perfect. :(

I'd prefer it if all bricks reset after point 8 and you could just assign a number to the gates you want to press. Now it's more about timing it right and activating them in the right order. 1 mess up and you need to undo all and redo them again at the correct moments. This is what makes it so frustrating.

Can some ask Tassel to make a guide please? 2 years of rage and frustration from level 12 onwards has gotten boring :C And those badges look appetizing.

The game is kinda cool, but I really wished it guided the player and give a better idea on how to play the game properly. It seems to be well thought out (even though I only played to get Starsky :)

The difficulty was so inconsistent. There'd be a level where you have to place each gate perfectly and time them followed by a level that can be done by just throwing the gates on haphazardly and beat the stage without even using all of the available gates.

ive completed the game. lvl 50 is quite hard, but not as much as i thought it would. to do it you hav to click (in order) 8th down to 14th quite quickly and wait until all blocks are hit. it helps if its all at the same beat but will still work if not. +1 if u think this rocks!!

Should anyone stumble across this, I've found the oft-cited solution of XXXXXXX1234567X for Level 50 does not function. Personally, I only managed to solve it by diving through an obscure forum thread and finding the solution of someone named Saiko4Ever, which instead read XXXXXXX1111111X and worked a treat (for me anyways).
Not a terribly fun game when all's said and done, though. Problems with setting the beat, the ear-piercing sound of breaking glass, absurd amounts of trial-and-error, all contribute to making this game a great deal more tedious and frustrating than it should have been.
