So there seem to be a lot of strategies that get you into the lvl 60 to 64. I just beat my personal best by getting to lvl 72. Here was my strategy: 2x Machine Gun (Quick - Duoble Quick - Machine Gun) right at the entrance. Then add 1x Missile Launcher (Heavy - Heavy - Missile) near the pizza. Work in all three upgrades to max. Then place a Ice tower (Heavy - Impact - Ice) right near the middle of the top left. Upgrade the ice fully... then start adding more missile launchers one a time and upgrade them fully. Make sure you focus fire on your last piece of pizza...

Someone who has spend a lot more time on this game than me should writeup a Turret-Tree letting us know what upgrade paths lead to what turrets. Also what turrets have a multiple bonus...

zomg a barrier cannon!! instant kills any ants that touch uits shots, it is always shooting in the direction you chose for a range of 80!!!

Okay, that was awesome. As I got on to level 45 or so, it started being something of a pain to keep the ants back, though. The cannons don't seem very intelligent on their own and there's no way to deselect an ant once targeted (that I could find). Also, the new cannons cost a TON. I guess if you've gone long enough that you're no longer able to kill ants with a cluster of heavily-upgraded cannons, you should be winding it up, anyway. I just took the high cost as a hint that it was time to stop playing for a while. :) 4/5

congrats UHC008, now ur ready to go for the part of the game that is not so easy...up to lvl 70..yes is easy....it's getting past lvl 80 or even 90 that is hard

Just to put it out there... Missiles are actually not the best weapon in the game. It might get you to... 70 or less?
