Epic is so Epic that it is an ultimate time waster. I love it lol. Best player to start off is Grullborg Grimtooth. Idk at first, but he has the most mana at level 30. IF only i can do a counter wave attack..

I absolutely love this game. There are very few improvements that could be made to it, and I even find it superior to the sequel to this game. The only one I myself can find is the fact that you have to equip your cards at the very beginning of the game, which has tripped me up more than once. Keep putting these games out! 5/5

Units:Succubus, Centaur, Black Knight, Taurus, and if you have space for an extra kick the Magic Cannon (sends enemies flying with cannonballs)
Spells: Athena's Protection, Hercule's Strength, Zues's Wrath, Pheonix Strike, and Healing Wave (that's all you'll need)
Get whatever of these you can to lvl 4 or 5 and they will be all good. But if your having difficulty fighting a Titan make sure to use Athena, Hercule, and Zues togeather so you are invincible (typo in game, because the care makes you invincible not invicible, one means your not seen other means your invulnerable) 2x damage, and ALWAYS CRITICAL HIT, garuntee you'll take down any Titan within seconds, and if you use Pheonix Strike timed with Zues and Hercule you can almost kill the Dragon and Devil Titan's in one hit ;)

damn, I'm gonna go crazy x.x I beat the game with EVERY charactor, I beat ALL 5 Trial levels... I have all my units to level 5 as well as spells... and I still can't get that damn witch unit :( There should be something you can click after beating all 5 cave of trial levels to get the rest of the cards you don't have...
And a tip for the nwbies, if you can get Hercules Strength, Athena Protection, Pheonix strike and use units like the black knight and succubus you can easily get the cave of trial level 5 done since the succubus and black knights will keep that pesky assassin goblin in the air and at bay as you destroy their base MWAHHAHAHA (mix with other big melee units if your still stuck)
Then after getting Zues's Wrath have a mix of these combinations to beat ANY level either Cave of Trial or others EASILY

@Fobby, if you mean the Athena Spell that a little blue devil comes down, it makes your units invulnurable to all attacks for a set amount of time

i notice that the slower you take to beat a level and the more units you kill, the more exp and money you get. wish there was a bonus for a quick win

@ samurai it's somewhat random... u don't always get the same things on the same levels...
@ archerylegend when i first played this (a long time ago) i forgot to equip my cards too ^^ i still won the match tho xD

To beat the caves complete the campaigns of General Yellow, Red General, General light blue and go to the campaign of General Green, let get to 3500 mana, so you will recruit as many units as possible. + If this comment was helpful (this is my way of playing).

wow i love this game i love epic war 1,2,3,4 i defent the game 3 times my friends defent the game with cheats and they said to me to use the cheats but i defent the game with my effort.

Noticed on the comments for almost every game if the comment doesn't say " most awesome game ever " or " 5/5 " then the comment is automatically bad and gets rated down, please everyone don't do this, fair enough if the comment is pure hate and rage but if it is constructive criticism don't rate it down, the developers need that to get better, Rate up to spread the message.

OK to pass! CAVE 4! one very fast attack and should do: get a titan in this after killing the knight and 2 other titans in the waves the first titan kill it without hurting the enemy castle, you can use those skills as often as you want as long as no are attacking the enemy castle for that they need ..... units: mermaid, sucubus, archer, phantom, dragon rider, fire titan. skills: meteor, phoenix, athena, hercules, health .... must attack the castle when you leave the fire alone and let titan comes first, then when all the units reach the enemy castle using hercules and phoenix, after the first wave athena and health using the titan gets so much damage and the other Castle detrusor units without returning to the base and fast.

the heroes are simply ridiculous. I tell them to retreat, and they just HAVE to finish their 10second sword attack. They have no sense of battle tactics. otherwise this game is amazing..everything is balanced. 4.9/5
