Speed button???
How about an "automatically replay level" over and over option?
With an automatic assault mode?
The grind is ridiculously long :(

@contrapoint: Um, the WASD keys work for me just as the instructions stated. "W" selects the 2nd unit, "A" selects all units, "S" selects all heroes, and "D" selects all non-hero units.

Minimal EW4 upgrades screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/2D2j68R I was never able to beat the final stage with ZERO castle upgrades (and level 1 units/spells). But I at least was able to reach it! =D Try it!

i remember playing this game before, except that it had no saves. this blatant rip does, but is overworked and hideously boring, unlike that game. also, lack of WASD doesn't help any. try again, preferably never.

A few things that I really wished this had: 1, ability to speed up, 2, ability to cancel/surrender a battle if you need to try something else and it takes too long to watch it lose slowly, 3 make the game save automatically, because I cannot count how often I have had to start over a section (or the first time I came back to play more, starting over from the beginning all over again) because it is not obvious that the only save happens manually. Which makes the inability to speed up the battles even more painful when you sometimes have to repeat yourself because you didn't save it after every action/battle.

Click a spot to move your unit there. Then watch as they see enemies and decide to charge forward anyway. Click retreat. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Mediocre game play coupled with nearly useless instructions = not worth the time to figure it out. It might make sense if you'd played the earlier games in the series (giving them the benefit of the doubt here), but coming at this from the perspective of a non-gamer whose spent years in web & software usability, this was a perfect storm of bad design, and the translation issues didn't help.

huh... game legit wont run for me ( https://i.imgur.com/AOAlX7T.jpg ). even though i have flash at "always allow" and i have right-clicked and tried to enable it multiple times, it just wont work. well whatever, probably didnt even need to play this to give it a 1/5 and call it garbage. from what other people are saying, this seems like a 2d call of duty clone. in that case, game is unoriginal and trying to capitalize on the successes that those games had. zzz not much to say about a game that wont run for me. 1/5 literally could not find any chance of entertainment here.

Damn, don't get me wrong this game is pretty good in its own but i haven't wished for a speed button this much its way too time consuming spent 1+ hour to get through stages 1 through 5 smh + i don't get why the dwarf hero shoots a spike ball that doesn't pierce into the sky, it explodes and doesn't do shit. The main hero's attack animation takes way to much time like 10 second for a strike that does 150+ damage seriously? anyways rant over game overall quite good if you add in music and animation. So average?

Who thought it would be a really good idea to put the opening text on top of the title? Couple that with a slow text reveal, the readability of this drops completely! If it wasn't for this being a badge of the day, I would have closed this game immediately.

I love that little map in the bottom-right corner. Could it also be clickable so that when I see too many red dots overwhelming my green dots, I can swoop in and save the day?

This game is all about farming for money on lower levels. If you make a game like that, at least add a speed up button to it.
