Since we are filled with shortcut requests, would it be possible to add a shorcut button to change dinamically from speed x1 to x3 and viceversa; it would be really nice to control the time flow dinamically during a battle, without stopping it.

I cant make hero retreat just himself , all units follow.Also please add a minimap.Its so important and helped in all other EW series..Thank you :)
where to put ? also if you just place units at the end of road, when still there is a fog of war, you instantly open the fog and able to see the formation

Needs an action bar with all your mana based skills on it so you don't have to remember which unit has what skill during battle.

First. Let me add "This Game is still under beta testing" as it says in Updates
Second, If this game was so epic fail.. Why is the score 4.23 out of 5 stars... So it must be good to most of you out there.

For me, one of the most important features of a game is a sense of agency for the player - that is, the feeling that one's skill in playing is actually affecting the outcome. Unfortunately, this is something that the Epic War games have lacked since the third game, and number 5 is really no exception.

am i the only one who wishes there was a new EW that played like the first 2...what got me hooked on this series was the amazing end boss battles of the first 2 EW and i always had fun with the crossbow

There better be some good updates. I've been dissapointed by EW games before, but never such that I didn't play less than two battles. I liked EW in the begining, and its been growing less and less satisfactory since then.

This Epic War 5 can be more epic if the developers can listen to some constructive criticism. Firstly, the screen is too small. Secondly, we would like the old graphics back; the graphics of this game looks like Disney. Thirdly, please listen to the players who played EW4; when we clicked the retreat button, we want all of our units to rush back instead of letting our hero swinging his stupid sword 5 more times. Fourthly, find some good writers to write a better storyline; this one is so lame. With your fame, you can easily find some better writers in the forums. Lastly, the font is amateur. P.S. I would appreciate this game much more if you don't rush because rushing is a sin. Krin, the creator of Sonny, never rushes.

Ok... I'm going to say it, and hate myself for it: I don't think this is as good as some of the previous Epic War. Have been playing for 30 mins, and I love this series, so I assumed I'd be swept up in it's sheer existence like everyone else. However, the graphics I don't believe are as nice, the way the story presents itself is bland, with a distinct lack of animation and poor script writing, and the interface for team arrangement has gone backwards. Why have they removed the "click and drag" method? The maps don't seem nearly as Epic as the previous games either. Over time, they've been getting smaller.
I know this review will get panned, but this feels rushed. I'm not saying it's not a good game, it just doesn't feel finished, or as clean as it could. I'm sure I'll still enjoy it, but I feel slightly jaded, experiencing a good game, when should have been experiencing a superb game. Epic War helped create and mould a new genre. I hope it continues to do so...
Thanks for your feedback. Actually your opinion regarding graphics is a bit subjective , because some tester said it is the best art yet i may know some still miss the old graphics ( ew1,2) . For drag control, actually we made it this way so if we porting to mobile device, it can port easily and mobile friendly. Once again, thanks for the feedback

I think you should have it that if your hero has died, you ARENT defeated. Make some other way to be defeated please, Having the Hero die isnt that good
