this was the first one in this series i didn't need to look at the walkthrough at all. maybe i'm just getting used to the puzzle style.

These cube escape games have been featured enough and badged enough and are made by an experienced enough developer that it seems like it shouldn't be necessary to play through the whole game again for the badge.

"What do YOU want, detective?" Here, take a drink. "What do YOU want, detective?" I want you to drink the ****ing drink already. "What do YOU want, detective?" JUST TAKE THE DRINK AND SHOVE IT DOWN YOUR THROAT.

I do not understand the last puzzle. I had to see the walktrough but I still not understand why I have to put the code in that order.

I feel like a technician in the weirdest hotel ever: "Oh someone left a heart on the cabinet again, how inconsiderate of them. What's that bartender? This man needs a drink? Why of course let me take care of that. Hello good sir... Oh my, what's that stuck in your throat? Why a screwdriver of course! So that's where Mr Crow left it, oh he's such a prankster. Sorry but I'll have to leave you, I heard the bathroom's clogged again. *Unclogs it* Ah, a fetus of course, I see Mr Owl's been here again. Well the show's starting so I'll tell him to stop his wednesday activities after it... Ah the singer's on it again, how beautiful her voice is, to see how she rips her throat open is such a beautiful spectacle! Pity she only does this on thursdays... Oh why. Is the hellworld part on coming now? Why that'smy favorite part of the show!"

For the fifth white cube (it's actually black): You have to drag your mouse over all of the pictures to reveal the symbol the pictures has hidden. For example the hand, if you drag your mouse over the wrist, it'll reveal a symbol and if you click the hand, it'll reveal the number 2. Take note of the 4 symbols and numbers. Go back to the guy who shot himself and go to the locked box. Input the numbers for each symbol and get the black cube so you can put it in the fifth picture frame.

"Give the man a drink" - says the BARTENDER
I made the screwdriver cocktail.. and got a screwdriver from him which came from his mouth. Well I guess that's normal lol XP

Yet another one I never would have found my way through without a walkthrough. Clicking on the finished golden squares to "scratch" the code never would have occurred to me.

So I get to meet Mr. Owl, and yet I still never get to learn about how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop?!

I'm loving it. The only puzzle that's a bit hard is the fifth one. It's not easy to guess that you have to "scratch" the cube images by holding the mouse in them.

I still have the worm in inventory when completing the game. I guess I should have fed it to Mr Owl's parrot for an alternative ending?

That introductory scene with the elevator moving through a void dimension with only cubes floating in the space never gets old. I'm not surprised that we have more bizarre moments in the game play such as pulling a screwdriver out of a man's mouth, playing simon with a hand that's coming out from a piano, and other odd scenarios.
