It would not surprise me if the creator of this game killed a lady, dumped her in a lake, feels guilty about it, has some sort of weird fascination with birds and the fish who ate her body, and feels guilty about it. Or they just have a great imagination and puzzle sklls... You be the judge. Either way, great game and get some sleep at night! =)

think this one is harder than the previous ones im a fairly logical person and pretty good at puzzles but even this one has me stummped not sure if i have missed something but i cannot get past the 1st stages ahh well never had to use the walkthrough b4 and im not about to starts so i guess this is the end of my rusty lake adventure

I find certain moments of the game more than just gross. It takes a special person to put in something like a fetus-in-a-toilet into a computer game.

loved the game, wish it had a quality button to disable the particle effects making the lag happen, either way it was fun. can't wait for the next one.

I gave the man a gin tonic and, after he disappeared, i found a coaster with a "thank you for gin tonic" and "play BAD EGG on piano". Is this because i really gave him the cocktail?

This is a fantastic game, but a note for the creators - please stop making it so that everything mutes on losing focus, or make the sound controls accessible from the top level. The fact that if I click away and click back I need to go back into the settings and turn the sound back on again and again is especially frustrating in a game like this, where I might wanna take a break and come back to a puzzle.
Otherwise, awesome game!

Sometimes, I can't tell if this series is an extended metaphor for depression and suicide or if it's just surreal for the sake of art. Anyway, it looks like the Lady of the Lake is wearing the same dress as Ms. Pheasant was in Hotel. The bonnet's the same too. Deliberate callback or just recycling character designs?
The game's brilliant, as always. I enjoyed the easter egg especially!

There's nothing more frightening than that shadow with white eyes.. I can stand all fetuses, and blood, and suicides and murders, but that shadow..

Whoever wrote that screenplay is clearly someone whose mind I don't want to see from the inside. Looks scary enough from my point of view.
Seriously gusy, I absolutely love your games. They are always wonderfully bizarre without being repetitive. Quite an achievement. Can't wait for the sequel!

I don't think so that a name of "RustyLake" is really applicable of making games like this because I think you guys are a clear and large lake that resembles a genius person to think about this well made games that have really unpredictable moments. Hope this series will continue to unpredictable places though you usually does!

Another cube series! Instant 5/5 rating. Going to play from the start again before playing this to refresh my memory :3

The final scene where you get in the elevator and the bartender comes after you because you didn't pay your tab scared me.

WHY THE HELL IS THERE ALWAYS SOMETHING COMING OUT FROM THE PEOPLE'S MOUTH IN THESE GAMES??? A SCREWDRIVER? OH, COME ON!!! WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU, GUYS?

@MikalSerity, you have to spell out DEAD FACE using the piano keys. The first key marked x is C, the second key marked x is another C. The Piano Keys (White ones) Go C, D, E, F, G, A, B, C. So hit 2, 3, 6, 2, 4, 6, 1, 3.

Anyone mind lending a hand for those NOT musically inclined? Supposedly I'm meant to play the piano, but the only musical talent I had ended when I had stuff thrown at me. I think I'm part yowling cat.

Why I cannot vote 10 stars out of 5?? This series deserves it all!
I'm in love with rusty lake, the script is perfect and even if sometimes it uses well known puzzles there is always a little twist to make it different.
Weel done as always!
