going after the impossible badge is an extreme undertaking. you need 10 million shadow clones which costs 25,000 god power, reach pbaal v50, and finish all 1kbh challenges.
expect at the absolute minimum 2-3 months of active gameplay needed

You can only change the name in-game with 20 god power, click the icon top left of the game screen, just to the right of your clones tally and scroll down

My only wish with this game is that there was more story, it stops after defeating Luna, so I get none for defeating Jupiter. It's always interesting seeing how the fights and the training leading up to them play out, and I want the rest of it.

I'm an achievement junkie and I know I can't be the only one. I absolutely hate that almost every game is given an impossible badge. By the time I complete one set of badges 5 more games have come out. This is ridiculous.

I've beaten Tyrant Overlord Baal a couple times and got to something call Doobag... I want to get to this impossible UBV4 but not sure what that even is/what direction to take my gameplay to work towards that. If I'm just here for kong badges, should I be bothering trying to chase down pets, for example?

@Wariat117 In order to fight the Delirious Essence of the Forgotten, you need to have the Aether pet in your party, along with at least one aether ring. You can get the Aether pet by just clicking on the unlock, no token required. The boss is quite hard though, so be prepared.

hmm I guess it's something behind the "locked" stuff because I don't see any challenge points apart from dungeon challenges and I don't see a way to spend those either

ohhh the pain when you realize pets can't get more exp than 1lvl... and when they kill clone which gives enough exp to lvl up 100+ times they get only 1lvl and lots of wasted time

the problem is... it didn't I had both aether rings in first slot of the 3 "party items" slots in "dungeons" tab, then went "newbie ground" and "until boss" -\> once it was finished... pets fought rogue shadow clone in boss room, but 2 aether rings converted into 1, and i'm not getting new rings anymore ;c

btw does anyone know how many aether rings do I need for aether boss to apper in newbie grounds? I had 1... special boss didn't appear.. so I decided to ditch it... and realized I got second ring, google says 1 ring is enough, but that failed so I'm wondering how many do I need

would be nice if unleash might didn't affect "move to next once 1 cloned" in monsters tab -> it seems that might buffs my clones and they think they can solo monsters they can't :D

[3/3 - Afky] 13) Play the Afky minigame when you can, it will be useful much later for a very powerful pet and bonus stats multi. At first invest in Count and HP (whichever is the least expensive), and always cap Power whenever you can. When reaching 40:24, max firing speed (to 3800). Keep buying the least expensive between Count and HP while capping power until around 1500 HP, where HP will start giving you more xp than Count for the same price. Rebirth Afky when you can increase your exp multiplier by 10%, which should be every 3 days. For instance first rebirth should be at ~1M Power. This is a very basic and short guide, so check Discord if you're interested in better optimization.

[2/3 - Pets] 6) Pets may not look useful at first but become very powerful later on, don't neglect them 7) Early pet recommended evolutions, assuming no/few pet tokens : Mouse Supporter, Frog Supporter, Bee Alchemist, Cupid Blacksmith, Egg Assassin, Armadillo Defender, Bug Blacksmith 8) Do NOT use chocolate (except for pet evolutions) unless you have a steady source (such as evolved Cocoa or Pumpkin pet) 9) Do NOT unlock the 4 elemental pets if you don't have the 2 Hard Badges at the very least, but unlock Aether BEFORE getting the first Hard Badge 10) Play Idle Cooking Emperor ~ once a week for a free ITRTG pet in a month (or faster with Discord recommendations), it's very much worth it 11) Enter Code "Happy2023" in the settings window to get a lot of bonuses, which you should use to unlock Sphinx pet. May not work in 2024+ 12) Press Feedback in Info window to unlock Bug pet

[1/3] By playing actively and optimizing a bit I got all easy badges on Feb. 17th, the medium badges on Feb. 19th, 23rd, 25th and 28th and the hard badges on March 2nd and April 23rd. Will need several months for the impossible badge. Tips/informations: 1) When in doubt, ask Discord (awesome community) or the miraheze wiki (not the fandom one) 2) First Hard badge is end of Tutorial, second one is in Earlygame, and Impossible badge is late Midgame 3) GP should initially be spent to increase CS to ≥345%, which will max clone creation speed with enough Creating stat. After that, currently recommended ratio is 40kclones:70%bs:35%cs:1cc to reach clone cap in 20 minutes 4) It's recommended to bank (ie not spend) 5-10% of your lifetime GP to boost your stats [set to 50/50/0/0 in the GP menu] (not worth it imo unless 1000 lifetime GP at the very least) 5) If there's an event going on (valentine/eastern/summer/halloween/xmas), focus on it to get a pet token, and if you can, the event equip too

Playing on Chrome and have set it to never discard Kongregate tabs, but haven't found a reliable way to progress. Have tried:
Leaving it open: nope
AFK mode: nope
Closing the game, then reopening it: nope
Not much of an idle game if it doesn't progress while idle.

11. Go to the Gods tab, and on the Hyperion row select Fight. In about 1 minute you should have defeated Hyperion. 12. Click the Rebirth button that is directly above your character, and then on the screen that pops up select Rebirth on the bottom, and then on the the confirmation screen that appears on the right select Yes. Congratulations, with 5-10 minutes of playing and 50-55 minutes of idling (along with the time reading these 3 comments) you have got your BotD!

4. Go to the Physical menu, and on the Running row click on CAP button on the right. 5. Right above that, click on the box that says "Next at x" and change x to 10,000. 6. Directly to the right of that, make sure the toggle is switched to On. 7. Go to the Skills menu, and repeat same steps as 4-6 but for the Double punch skills. 8. After a few minutes you should have 1,000 shadow clones which is your current max. Set 500 to Physical and 500 to Skills, and come back in 50 minutes. 9. After getting back, change Shadow Clones in either Physical or Skills to 428 (it doesn't matter which, you just need 72 free Shadow Clones.) 10. Go to the Monster tab, and select Cap for Slimy and then Frogy, then come back in 5 minutes.

For those who are going for April 29, 2023 Badge of the Day "Rebirther Badge", it does take about 1 hour, but 50-55 minutes of it are idling. To get it, create a character, and then on the initial screen that says "How do I start?", you can either read the instructions and figure things out or just do this: 1. Click on the 3 bars to the left of your character (the instructions ont he initial page say it should be "?" on Kongregate and3 bars on mobile, but it is 3 bars also on Kongregate.) On the new screen that pops up, you are only interested in the top 5 things on the left: Create, Physical, Skills, Monsters, and Gods. ALTERNATIVELY, just use the 5 buttons on the top-left on the top bar that are the same things. 2. Next, click on Create, then on the Shadow Clone row click Create. 3. On that same screen, you should see on the right N/A, Off, 1, 2, and 3 with the everything except N/A being a button. Click on the 1 button (reason why will be explained soon.)

@GameTommy it costs 20 god power to change your name once your in the game, but it's better spent elsewhere. @bakkart It is complicated and I've resorted to Google to try and figure stuff out because it really isn't explained in the game, lucky draws for example you get to via the kong icon in the game, 1 free draw each day under daily tab and lucky draws under the Items tab

A bit too complicated to jump right in, and some aspects aren't ever explained fully. I can see the potential, but there needs to be a little more work on intuitiveness.
