How strange that this little gem of a game doesn't work on firefox, thankyou for letting me know (my bad I should have read the comments section too!)
I returned on IE because I really wanted to play this through, and I have. No bugs or glitches. Nicely challenging but not impossible, actually nice and easy once you take the time to upgrade it all :)
The music is catchy, the graphics are still full of nostalgia, and I'm so glad I got to complete this, it's well worth the play through.

Yep, also going to say the game crashes when defeating the boss. Right after it drops it's gems and I believe it pans to have the person talk. Froze right up on me. Got the badge for completion though.

I like how you defeat enemies by giving them gas >,< Also, i now really want to replay Earthbound for some reason :D

In the first "town" area, I met a golden frog who's bullets phased through walls. Is that supposed to happen? That freaking frog's homing bubbles combined with sticky controls and a slow character made the area a nightmare. BTW I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 on Firefox.

Cool little game! The story is humorous, like a funny short story, and the leveling system is both fun and simple. Thanks for making it!

Short and very sweet. The goofy charm was what really drew me in, but the solid mechanics were what kept me playing through the end. I really like how the upgrades actually change the way you play the game (you can go from playing a dodgy and defensive style to run-and-gun, or a cover fighter who plays the corners). I very much look forward to part two! My hope is that you will expand the mechanics, but do so in a way that keeps the focus and polish that made this entry so much fun. Cheers!

By the way @RZUF79, excelent music and very good audio quality for a game, where others devs set audio bitrate too low. Are you using Vorbis or Opus for audio encoding?
Thanks! Due to the rather simplistic nature of the art, all the graphic assets weight less than 1MB, so I had more space for the music than prolly most of other devs. I use the default Audacity encoder, which is still LAME, I guess..?

Why the upgrade is called autofire since there's no "auto" part at all? Also, that stupid link is always in the way! I want to play the game, not to click accidentaly a zillion times on a site I don't want to go.

I don't mind the obvious advertising for Bigdino every time you poke something, but don't make it an active link. I can't count the number of times I poke something too high and have a tab open up to Bigdino.

To anyone having the drop in framerate glitch, just struggle through until the final boss, buy all the health juices and SAVE. Struggle a few times on the final area until you get your strat down. Finally; The only thing that I found that changed the framerate was doing a soft reset (restart) of the computer. Not just Firefox. But by this point, it will make the final boss seem easy in comparison to the struggles. Enjoy guys!

It's a shame that the character seems to want to walk off and do his own thing, i cannot get through the town as he keeps walking of screen and all the enemies respawn, and avoiding bubbles is a non existant possibility when theres so many. Other than that this is brilliant. I love the graphics and the humour and the little bit of nostalgia. I can't wait to come try again to earn the second badge, once we can figure out why the walking glitch is happening :)
Thanks for playing and sorry for the glitch. You could try playing on a different browser, as this bug seems to affect only people using the windows version of Firefox.
