My favorite is how the guy and girl are both in perfect shape, but when you examine them you can discover they have obesity. Always thought that was something you would notice right away. Good game idea though looking forward to 2.

Very intereseting gsme, but the medium badge is a joke. You can aquire it investing almost no thoughts, just picking up key words from the diagnosis book. There should be at least another medium badge requiring a higher level and more skills.

Game has a fantastic concept but really could use more polish in its execution - clean up the user interface, easier access to information, better flow to the game.

Really impressed with this game, i know its very very short, but what it has is great fun. And real, its not often you get a game with a level of depth as this one. Cant wait for the sequel

It's a little bit like House. In House they always think it's Lupus, but it never is. In here, whatever I believe, it's always GERD.

Good game, but err... you probably should have finished it. Fun game though! Definitely could have had harder badges though.

Although it doesn't follow the logical process of History followed by Examination, I thought this game was a huge technical achievement when I first found it years ago. Glad to see a sequel is in the works. Keep on trucking. This medical student is watching eagerly ;)

IT's not bad, it just has a few issues. Big one: can't see symptoms & disease list at the same time. Another big issue: If you have 1 disease with a symptom, as soon as you see that symp you're done. Example = weight loss. If you have colorectal cancer as a diagnosis and anyone shows up w/ weight loss it's instantly cancer. Pallor = cancer. Weight loss = butt cancer. No other options. Need a "don't know" option or some kind of consult option.

At first I played it to get the Badges, but then I fell in love with the detail and depth. I'm looking forward to play Medical School 2!

The most awkward thing ever:
0(Baby) Year old Patient Judith has reported about Coughing and Dysnea. I didn't know babies can talk!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Has some HUGE potential, but needs some upgrades like being able to see the diagnosis book and the patient chart simultaneously. and some extra character models, the 16 year old is the same as the 70 year old, which is just creepy 0_0 3.5/5

I would love this to have a "select lenguage" feature, because if all that info is real, I would like to show this game to some medicine student friends of mine...

kind of obvious that some of the characters are derived from Scrubs. obviously the lawyer is like Ted, and the other doctor is like Dr. Cox. Other than that, decent game.
