Yeah, my last comment was kind of pointless, now I have something to say. It'd make the game more interesting if on inspection you find something that is completely unconnected to what the patient has, it would make it a bit more "Dr. House-ish"

it's hard to tell at the beginning, I used diaphoresis as an indicator for heart attack at first, soon you'll be able to palpate the precordium for chest wall tenderness, then it would be clear.

...Then again, I just had a 67 year old with Chest Pain for 2 hours and had Tietze's... I guess its all about the other symptoms, or lack of.

Well, for heart attack all you need to know if there's chest pain and if its for 3 hrs or less. I got a patient with 6 hrs and it was Tietze. *sigh

interesting the game is from Scrubgames.com and this game is like the show Scrubs but the creator says he didnt mean the game to be like Scrubs hmm.........

This is pretty good, I dread the patients who come in with chest pain because there are so many different diseases/illnesses it could be!

Between this game and watching every episode of Scrubs and House I thought I was ready for med school and being a doctor... I feel so mislead.

for those who are stuck after spending the credits, click the folder next to bedside, you'll see a patient afterwards, then start diagnosing him with the folder on the left wall stating the diseases
