I'm giving it a 5. I like this kind of game.
Just because it doesn't have explosions and loud noises doesn't mean it's not fun...

Seriously...probably the most entertaining educational game I've played anywhere...probably biased because I want to be a cardioligist some day ^_^

... i got a 0 year old patient with 3 year old constipation... wtf, is that even possible (talking from the standpoint of both having three year constipation and a baby having constipation, not the fact the fact that the symptoms are older than the patient) and if so, why didnt they visit earlieralso one of my patients had year old symptoms which ended up being tuberculosis, wouldnt they be dead... other wise it's fun

Hmmmm... i think there must be Mac keyboard registration issues because it didn't let me type my name in at the start. Can you look into this please?

lol! A 61 year old patient turned out to be a gorgeous girl. And of course you're a student, you must not go near her. XD Priceless!

uhm i cant diagnose patients because i am pre-med, but i have no creds to take more lessons?
the starting credits arent enough to become a med-student, lame or i am missing something, but then it is the gameplay which is lame, tutorial doenst help me either

I like the game but it would be nice to have a "perform all tests" button. Once you are high level, it takes a lot of clicking and the stuff gets written into the chart anyway, so it would save time.

Interesting game concept. I just wanted to learn the diagnostic criteria for lupus so I could try to diagnose every patient as having it.

lol I just got a 1 year old patient with a 2 year history of joint pain XD. (If anyone doesn't understand why this is funny, I think you just missed your head trauma exam)

Love the game. It would help to add a running list of the symptoms discovered through examination (as well as the original complaint, age/sex) shown while working with a patient.
