At first' when I started, all I had was GERD. Then, a 59 yr. old dude comes in like, "hey, I have a 3 mo. history of chest pain. I'm all like "Ok, now I know I. you have Heart Burn" Then I just tip my head back and laugh.

I don't see how to distinguish Tietze's from Heart Attack. The description for Tietze's say chest wall tenderness, but none of the patients ever seem to complain about that, and I'm apparently not allowed to poke them in the ribs...

Alright, so JUST IN CASE there's still any work going into the development of MS2, I wanted to give you my suggestions: when beginning these diagnoses, have more than one symptom.
When you take an exam, add more than just one diagnosis to your belt. Otherwise you can just grind... It'll add a slight bit of added difficulty that, while this game accumulates over time, seriously lacks in the beginning. Perhaps you could make only your beginner's lessons add 2-3 and the rest are the normal one.
The next suggestion I'd like to make is... Have some more visual signs that you can see simply by basic "looking at them". Have chest pain? Have them holding certain areas of their chest in order to determine what it might be. If anything, just do it to add a bit of artistic variety.
A final note I would like to make is this: perhaps... Minigames? When you are conducting certain examinations, such as an X-ray, make it possible to see what is actually going on, and then get the results sheet.

I just learned Carotid Stenosis as my second diagnosis after Heart Attack. A woman comes in: "Yup, that's C. Stenosis right there."

Played this game when I was procrastinating during my Ordinary Level Exams. Now I'm a Med student. Needless to say this game was one of the factors which made me interested in Medicine, so cannot thank you enough :)

I'm developing a misconception: wheezing=>asthma
while many other respiratory and cardiovascular diseases also have wheezing as a sign...
