So much nostalgia coming back to playing this game got super far like day 350 and boom church of the chosen one ruined my run everyone committed sewerside i had just taken the chopper and i was about to make a new declaration.

BigS: If you find Impossible mode too difficult, then you aren't playing strategical enough. While it is all the more difficult, I can play it in Impossible mode without having brought my people from a previous game. In fact, it it weren't for having to look for the right picture (which can take hundreds of clicks), I would probably only play that way as otherwise it really is too easy these days. I never lose playing Rebuild 2 anymore (Rebuild's Nightmare mode can be another matter – but that is my favorite as I do like the challenge). You just haven't learned the needed tips and tricks yet. At best, it's a time-waster. At worst, it's not worth your time because "Impossible" mode is the worst difficulty of the game. Screw this game.

Need to list a workaround for the popup "adobe flash player settings manager" that prevents play. For me, comes up now on every single Kongregate game. Can't get rid of it, Loved this game, played it off and on for years.

So nostalgic coming back to this site. This is where I used to live. Coming from a poor family we didn't exactly have the money to buy game consoles or a decent PC... What I had was a dusty Dell laptop and a thrifted mouse with a pair of earbuds with one side broken. But that didn't matter to me because I had Kongregate. Thank you Northway games and Kongregate for giving me such precious memories!

If you replace building with a school or a laboratory, they'll be permanent, since they can't be changed to anything else. So don't do that.

Darth_Kaan: If you think that that this game is boring, have you challenged yourself? Are you playing it on impossible mode and from the start (without bringing people from a prior town)? Yes, even that will get easy enough, eventually. So if you really want a challenge, play the original Rebuild on nightmare mode. Over and over, that will provide you a great challenge. :) (But yes, expanding cities would be nice, although since that would be about the same thing, I think that there should be challenges along the way (so maybe no helicopter, so that you have to actually battle to get to somewhere).)

This game is awesome, but it gets boring after the third or so city, at least for me. It would be really cool if in a rebuild 4 you could expand past the city, into the countryside, and then into other cities, all in the same savegame. You know, fully rebuild civilization or hatever. (+ if you agree)

Ancalag0n: I simply avoid the Church of the Chosen Ones ending (embracing zombieism) by not allowing them to write the book about the zombies in the first place. Many people do allow them to do that (for some needed happiness), but they (we) do say NO to letting them set up the Church. If you want more indepth information on possibilities regarding allowing them to do that but trying to stop the progression in some alternative way, either search for prior comments or pm me and I will provide the information which I have collected from others. I think that the better question is, since the Riffs are initially the better fighters, why don't we stay with them.... ;) (Of course, their purpose or way of doing this is different than ours.)

reward its the church of the chosen ones don't let them take over your church. they stop working a lot of the time doing celadrasons or they jump off the wall.

got to a point were all my people started jumping off of the wall because I let those zombie worshiping people take over my church . I went from 30 people to 14 in less than five minutes. I love the game but avoid the zombie worshipers. they will ruin your playtube
