The badge should be for getting a x125 multiplier, which is precisely the moment at which the game loses interest. Or even a x999 multiplier badge. Level 42 requires a lot of time spent in other windows waiting for zombies to wander towards you.

go on nightmare mode level: the big one an run around avoidin zombees til theres a big pak. keep throwin grenades at em until the pak has about 10 zombees an kill the rest howevr u want. i recomend shotgun 1nce or 2ice an finish off the rest wiv pistol 2 save ammo

nightmare mode: build a long "fake wall", turn demons and clipping off, then switch to pistol and hold space
After a few minutes, you'll be at lvl 42

Marasmusine, if you had 2 mins of inactivity on this game then you must have had the difficulty on beginner. If you want action, set it on Nightmare.

Spent two minutes wandering around looking for something to shoot. 120 seconds of inactivity is a long time for an action game. Got bored and quit.
