Gameplay is great and the maps are fun, but why the hell does it take four hours to upgrade something. It's utter crap. Additionally, I can't find a way to restart maps at lvl 1. I'm a fan of your work but my god, this game let me down.

The cool thing is upgrades, why sit around waiting for them when you could be around busting zombies and demons and all that?
Tip: Your skills that are upgrading will still be counting down when you are or are not playing the game!

I can't wrap my head around the idea that none of the starting unlocked levels are marked as "beginner" or "easy", or that you can't (so far as I can tell) start on wave one after you've reached a checkpoint in a level.

i do not like what you done to this series it want down hall form 4 and you find new ways to fu.ck it up good job fu.ckin up some thing good. 10k killes to get a hammer and 12k killer usein the hammer to get the mini gun so you can get 15k killes usein it so you can get the 2 railgun O.o no tys good bye bad game. pay to win is pay to fail.

i cleared my caches and got it working. yes it is a pain int he ass but at least i gto it to work. i also dislike the fact that almost EVERYTHING costs an insane amount of money. the 10 premium dollars you get at the begining are worthless.....

This move towards monetizing every aspect of a game is an absolutely travesty. I can only hope that this goes down in flames and that you realize how damaging this is to the gaming industry.
If you want to make money, publish a game worth purchasing and don't release it until the kinks have been worked out... figured that much would have been obvious.

Hey kids, let's take the money-grubbing shithole the Boxhead series has turned into, copy it again with a few sprite changes, charge money for breathing as usual - but wait... I know! This time let's make all games have to load off of central servers so they're all hella-crap slow and even more sitting around stroking your spoke is required. It's the latest in features - we can market it as value-added super-resting as you wait... and wait... and wait... maybe we can pay even more money not to bother with connecting to the #!@ing server and watch loading for 20 minutes at a time? Cause if not, you're missing the chance to monetize the last the last bleeding whimpering scrap of your dignity here mate!

Oh, hey, wait, nevermind. I thought that hour number was minutes. To upgrade my character's accuracy it takes 4 god damn hours. 4 FREAKING HOURS. I repeat four, *4* hours. Or I could pay money to make it finish now. You have to be out of your friggin' mind. Seriously, if you haven't gotten the game to load, I'd recommend just stopping and leaving now. That time isn't just for my character upgrades either; to level any weapon stat from level 1 to 2, it takes 10 seconds. From 2 to 3 takes 10 minutes. From 3 to 4 takes 4 hours. That appears to be with any weapon and any stat.

Ok, normally I don't complain all too much about premium crap, but it's just obnoxious here. I've havne't even been playing for that long and have already run into multiple cases of you saying "Hey, look at what a pain in the ass this obstacle/feature is...why don't you pay us some money and so you don't have to deal with it?". To be honest that became most abundantly clear when I tried to upgrade my weapons/characters, and my options were to wait for 10 minutes for the thing to actually upgrade, or pay god damn money for it to just freaking upgrade without making me sit and wait. That's completely absurd. Even better, rather than paying you to f***ing make your game playable, how about I rate the game as poorly as possible then don't play it at all? That sounds way better to me rather than investing more time just to find out later there's more headaches that I have to pay to make go away.

1/5 FOREVER. Really? I know you need money but 4 hours to upgrade from lvl 3 to 4? For just 1 weapon on just 1 character? or else pay 80 bollars or w/e they're called? Jesus, this is even worse than an MMORPG. And on top of that, the game won't even load properly. Nope, not gonna happen, I'm never gonna play this game ever again.

So after i upgrade i have to wait 10 minutes or more to upgrade again? And in order to be able to upgrade the next thing i have to upgrade the first one 4 times?
So its about 30 minutes of time i have to wait, your game gets a 1/5 just for that.
