HINT:
It's really easy to correctly position all 5 houses, 2 nationalities, 2 drinks, 1 cigar, and 1 pet.
Then, in the blank area, overlap things to show that they go in the same house, and have things just touching if they belong next to each other.
From there, you just have to pick a house and ask yourself "What things could go in this house?"
Asking "In which house could this thing go?" will get you nowhere.

i never did this puzzle before but i figured out who owned the fish before i finished it . . . can anyone explain how??
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I tried for like 3 minutes then i was fed up. :( But then i came back and decided to random the remaining clues and guess what 25/25. So i took like 4min to do this on 1st attempt :) Top this record Einstien!

I thought it was pretty hard at first because like most people, they rush through reading all the questions. But if you do stop and think about it and read each question slowly you will get it. Just think about it. 5/5!!

it takes me 20 min to solve this riddle without this game only with pen and piece of paper
for few minutes i had satisfaction im smart

Lol! I love these kind of puzzles! Try starting out with the HARD facts like, "The Norwegian lives in the first house." It's all downhill from there!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Challenging, but I guess I wasn't smart enough to solve it.. I got close but didn't finish... I'm dissapointed, I thought I was better than this..

fun stuff. puzzles like these are now often found in standardized graduate level tests, such as the LSAT in the US... practice up!

Actually just because everyone says, that it is from Einstein it doesn't make it so.
In reallity nobody knows, who invented this riddle.

It is propably just called Einstein puzzle, because people feel better to solve a simple puzzle and feel like they did something special.
This puzzle is not difficult and not from Einstein.

Requires some IQ, but not that hard overall. The movable labels are great help. Use them to display known attribute pairs!

I would like this game to have a badge for solving. It would probably have to be easy because of the amount of walkthroughs available by Googleing. I like this sort of game :)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
finished it along with my math homework.. wasn't that hard.. but it was a fine exercise.. a badge should be given to people who were able to solve the puzzle/riddle
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
first: its not determined... logic puzzles should be. second: wtf has this to do with einstein? he was a physicist if you dont know yet.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
okay the thing about this is.. there are several different out comes that are correct with the clues given therefore ur bad at making a game.
