Fun game. Started off R E A L L Y easy, and the challenge was only increased for a short time on the first step up, but there are a few more things to do. Upgrades, a story, and achievements would be nice, but enjoyable none-the-less

How come you slow down when not using the thrusters? An object in motion stays in motion or an object at rest remains at rest with the same speed and direction unless acted on by an outside force. So when I stop accelerating, I should still be moving at the same velocity...

"It's a simulation game, not an arcade. If controls are complicated, you can just stay in the main menu and watch bots fighting for you. :)"
Nice response by Shurikmur. The controls were anything but complicated, Z to switch weapons, F to fire missiles, Shift to accelerate, and M to change the radar (which didn't seem to do much). It is strange though that the controls aren't mentioned on the menu though, only in-game. These controls are nothing though to what's required to play Halo for example, not sure why people are playing. Great design, hopefully you expand on this and add a storymode, exploration, and upgrades.

Reminds me of the old C64 game called Elite, which had a basic sandbox survive in space - travel to unexplored solar systems - dogfight enemies - dock at space stations – trade items & get better gear concept. I see huge potential for Space Flash Arena to become something truly awesome. Best of all, it’s already a 5 star flash game. Well done!

The controls are everything from dificult. Pretty much the same as in any other space shooter. Ignore the haters, shurikmur. ;-)

This game is good to begin with, but if it was made into a multi-player game with team mode it would be AMAZING! It should have a credit system in order to buy ships with better health, armor, speed, rotational speed, weapon racks, and maybe even a zooming feature for long distance targeting! Solid game though. 5/5

A story mode, ship costimization , a shop and multiplayer mode is all this game needs to made a great game. It would be cool if there was also for multiplayer if you make one so that you can roam around the univerese and stuff.

this game gets a 5/5 from me, though it could use some improvement. a campaign mode would be nice, and something that is needed is a ship customization and upgrade system.that system would make a future multiplayer aspect very exiting and would also make singleplayer mor fun.

This is an incredible platform for 3D space combat! RPG-style upgrades or multiplayer would make this one of the best time-wasters on Kong.

It's an arena game, and it delivers: fully configurable combat, runs smoothly even on low-end computers, thanks to not using Unity. Nice!

awesome game definitely needs multiplayer, multiple ship classes, ai needs some scripting to change its attitude according to the weapon it has otherwise they act the same and dont really seem to use the weapon effectively otherwise fkn awesome game man i enjoyed it excessively 4.5/5 favorite XD

I noticed something. To hit the enemies with all types of cannons, you have to aim directly towards the enemy, rather than ahead of them. If there is going to be a multiplayer version of this, this "issue" should be fixed.

The game play is ok i suppose. Needs some more aiming features. I just don't know what I'm doing. I feel like I"m just loitering around some space junk for an indefinite amount of time for no apparent reason. There are no menus or hints as to what my goal is. What makes the level end. How many missiles do I have. When I run myself into something labeled as some kind of gun am I upgrading that gun? Getting ammo for it? you build the game now you need to build the gui for it!

This is very good! A lot of work obviously went into the game. Still very bare bones though: it's just the good stuff without anything else to spice it up and make it great.
