Get spikes and laser upgrades as top priority, put out one of each, each round. Explosion radius of stuff is also a high priority.

@People saying the game is too easy: Yes, it is easy. Part of the fun (at least for me) is that I can cause so much mayhem so easily. I got 54 stars on "Super Hard Mode", and level 18 (the closest the game has to a difficult level) was fun, but not as fun as the other levels. Frankly, I'm ambivalent about the idea of making this game harder.

lol, i didnt notice that you can place mines yourself until i started super hard mode and ocassionaly saw a hotbar =]

Very easy game. Tip at the start of each round get a nuke, spike, and a lazer to make it super easy. And for one fat and happy octopus.

there's something with your games. something... warm and welcoming. maybe it's because of the naive graphics. or maybe it is the music. at least that's what got me so hooked to Icy Gifts 1 and 2

Immune to lasers, bombs, spikes and nukes ~ Fishes would be your obvious choice in any war :D Until the enemy sends their octopus.....

This game needs a lack of monotony. How about a scenario mode in which you're stuck in certain situations, like you only have one wave and no weapons to deal with, or, you've not a click but three well-placed laser beams. I've found this series to be dropped from my radar. Let's see you change it up a bit!

strange that so many of the GotD lately suffer lag or bug issues, but this one plays for me just fine. anyway... always like Icy Gifts better, but it's still pretty dang fun.

I feel bad for those fish, first they're trapped in an ice bubble, blow up, electrocuted, hit by spikes and who else knows what then finally eaten by octopus. That must suck

So I am a morally obese octopus who eats hundreds of fish in seconds. Yay, I beat the world record for eating the most fish in 30 seconds!
