Under rating threshold (show) The upgrades are completely unnecessary. Just use the original rifle all the way through. How to beat level 9: Distract the 3 guards. Shoot the electric box by the guard on the right. Then shoot the tree to distract the guard on the left. Then shoot the tiny little bottles by the bottom-left corner of the building to distract the middle guard.
