Bringing this back up with updates ... Consider changing the MVP, Super Bowl MVP, and Offensive Player of the Year algos. This season's example: my RB had nearly 5000 combined yds and 83 TDs. But the WR with 35 TDs and almost 2000 less yards won OPOY.

May you please add a defense feature that would be so good and my defensive team is so stacked and I will be able to actually stop them and send them scoring touchdowns that aren't reasonable

Almost 7 million plays. Very nice. For as relatively simple as this game is, it somehow continues to entertain. Very well done. (Still want a hockey version, though...)

I sure wish my 100-year-old coach could retire without me having to lose my roster and stats. Let the poor man retire and have his son (or great-grandson, honestly) take over the team!

i've got the salary cap up to 500M, does it have a max? also it seems will NEVER get even close to that. love the game, i'm on season 115.

It's kind of annoying when the defense doesn't get one stop for the entire game but everyone on the defense all get 10 ratings because they're making so many tackles

One thing that would be supper cool is unlockable outfits, like rush 2 or alt 2. And unlockable footballs for each team you win the super bowl. Like there could be a blue ball for cowboys. And maybe being able to wear the hall of fame outfit through an easter egg or only during fake matches. Just more motivation to unlovk the achievements.

i didn't mention it before, but this is about playing on "extreme". it feels like the parameters of the game get changed without an announcement or some kind of a heads up e.g. defense opponents are now way faster than my best five star receiver. He has 10/5/10/10 on his stats, but he can't make it 30 yds downfield w/out at least two defensive guys catching up to him.

@s12475232 only 'sim'ed once. my best rushing game (i've been on since before covid) was around 200 yds. my first, only and last sim game? 344 yds rushing.

@count_chocula If you sim all your games it Injures your players on purpose To make the chance of winning slightly lower like my team its a 5 star off and def but the 3 times that I sim it injured my players but the best way to avoid is the training regime

@kerblotto - all my facilities are maxed out. the 4 or 5 game injuries do not always occur with 'hard' training regime.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@count_chocula — Maybe. Have you tried upgrading your rehab facilities? You might also switch your Offensive Coordinator to a lighter training regimen.

last three seasons my qb has been injured for 4 or 5 games. every time he gets injured, he's between 90 and 100 in both stamina and morale. guess it's because he's too old?

I know penalties aren't a thing in this, but it's kind of hilarious how often the defense runs into the QB when the ball is 20-30 yards down the field. I don't know how my quarterback isn't in concussion protocol every week.

Bringing this back up with updates ... Consider changing the MVP, Super Bowl MVP, and Offensive Player of the Year algos. This season's example: my RB had nearly 5000 combined yds and 95 TDs. But the WR with 38 TDs and 1000 less yards won OPOY.

would be really nice if it was possible to bench and remove from bench multiple players at once. Its a pain when you have to do it one by one
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I'm 100% sure that the player stats are not accurate and that's really really frustrating. My TE despite having max speed runs way way slower than other players with way less speed.

restarted same game:
tight end: 67 yds, 1 td, 1 "tck"
WR: 156 yds, 3 tds
retro bowl mvp? of course, the tight end
travis kelce fetish is getting in the way of a better game

Q: who's the retro bowl mvp?
a) player with 110 yds and one td?
b) player with 16 tackles and a kick return for a td and an interception?
c) player with 160 yds, 2 tds, and one tackle?
answer: whichever one is the tight end
(of course it's 'a')
ratings buff for the tight end is ridiculous!
