Okay, I got it. (Spoiler)
You're on the Moon, an article about a meteor that will destroy a town, Shoes at the entrance, a picture of a mountain... That's it ! I know everything ! The person who bring you here is... Kaguya-hime ! She done it to protect you (The city that was about to be destroyed is your own), the shoes at the entrance is typical in Japanese houses, and the Mountain is the Mount Fuji, who is closely linked to Kaguya, the Lunar Princess ! And Reisen has bring you up there. How lucky of you ! ... Now, stop to degrade pictures with your pen ! (It was a rabbit, not a dog !)

Is there a way to reset the shifting boxes. I get that it is a puzzle you have to solve.
But I accidentally pushed one of them a tad to far, so the last one gets stuck. And not stuck in a dead end - which would mean I did it wrong - but stuck on the plain wall. It is a bit frustrating to do the whole game once again just because a little glitch.
To progress in the game, you only really need to open one box (which gives you an item you can use for something). The other boxes are just flavor text.

Great game, although some of the puzzles took a bit longer than expected. Can't wait to see where you go with this series!

I enjoyed the adventure down the rabbit hole though he has no real good options but to continue :) I enjoyed the game, no lock ups, no lag, all was responsive, the humor was good, the puzzles were fun for me, I dunno how i understood the poem. AND I got to doodle on every picture i found :) art style looks familiar though. like over the garden wall :D

Good game - could anyone actually resist the urge to detour of the main route on the last part of the game..? I saw the little path going down and could NOT resist it... but thankfully my endeavors were rewarded, by allowing me to......... Turn another lamp on!

That took forever to do! One of the best escape games i've played. However, Needs a badge, and a higher rating... So, 5/5!!

I think this was well done. The puzzles were challenging without being inane, and the art style was engaging. I look forward to the next part!

I played a similar game once. You were in a professors house. and someone gae you tips over telephone. And you had to break the floor of the bath room at the upper floor.
