to the guy below, there are 3 kids at your house, one in the background between the barn and the main building, one to the bottom right and one behind the windmill at the top left. There's also one behind the arena sign if you start the first battle, on the right hand side of the sign. There's also one on the right of the training room between the two swords.

Doesn't it have auto-save!?!?!? I have been 75% through the game, restarted my computer, and the "continue" button is grey...

There is a way to stop doing critical? They consume a lot of frames and sinse my main damage is ranged this remove my stun time...

I'm only missing 2 kids, The location that's already find are:
1. Map - 2 Kids, one in middle right another in Lower Left zone.
2. Arena - 1 Kid, behind Select battle sign.
3. Home - 2 Kids, come with an upgrade House.
4. Hero - 1 Kid, left side near standing hero
5. Museum - 3 Kid, 1 in hall room (The room that's has clover mushroom) in Lower right corner near clover counter and present money, 1 in Statues room at the upper roof hole that's light come in, 1 in armory at the end of right side in room.
Has anyone find kids in another location?

This game is a great addicting game. Idk ho it does it but it pulls you in. The only reason Its not perfect (its good) is because of that frustrating/annoying sound when that apple hits you in training. It's just so frustrating

I haven't finished the game yet but I already wish I could properly review it here. The training is efficient and fun because the missions prevent it from being repetitve. The tutorial was funny (you were defeated by a mole! A MOLE!) and short. The art's great as usual. There's no significant lag, glitches, sticky keys and other crap like most games. I'm 150% motivated to get the hard badge. Keep up the amazing work! I wonder where the scarecrow gets all those apples, though.

A non-idle idle game or an idle game for the non-idle gamer? Who cares! This has training which improves your skill set by whole percentages (not fractions of percentages of percentages), upgrades and rewards that go hand in hand with achievements, the art, graphics, animation and music all gel too set a great tone for the game. Also the home building side quest and the find the children and other secrets keep it fresh and engaging. I only played because i wanted to kill 15 minutes and get an easy badge... now im gonna be late for work but well worth it. THX to SoulGame and to Kongregate for the badges. 11/10

well obviously the saves don't last long before they dissapear when not played, unlike a pirate ship game i know *glares at frantic frigates*

Any plans for female hairstyles? :P Not that I'd mind--the game is great as it is (musical score, design, concept), but "create your soul" here is like a personal character: Diversity please? :)
Yes of course, I really look forwards to have female playable character and more cool female character in general, but I hadn't the proper graphic assets to make that happen here (I've been recycling Kuho's arts!)

I can't say I've ever hated apples more than I do now. On a side note, I can't say I've ever really wanted to kick a star this much either.
Great game all together.

Swords and Souls is what happens when someone with an amazing dream makes that dream happen, he told himself JUST DO IT and he did. It mixes awesome RPG elements with a little bit of flash elements, an idle game element. then you turn that into a smoothie, throw it back into the blender with fun mini games, smooth turn based combat and a little bit, no a lot a bit of epicness. When you get into the game your introduced with a very smooth flowing tutorial, and these beautiful indie style graphics. then your greeted with the turn based combat that runs smoother than an oiled down plank of wood. your introduced to the the training mini games ad the shop. from that, your thrust into a simple, yet easy to understand world full of secrets and an arena were you battle to the death with mosquitoes, moles and angry apples. To sum it up, its an amazing experience that needs nothing but love and support.

This game was really awesome, the minigames where so fun, everything about it rocked. The only thing was that it was to short. I want more!! :D

What this game has taught me: The better an archer someone is, the more likely they are to shoot an arrow at you. If someone claims to be good at archery, immediately run away in a zig-zag pattern.

Me and my friend played a lot of this game, We absolutely love it and really hope you continue to update this game into the master piece that i can be. A few things that would be cool to have in this game or maybe a number 2 (if there is one) is the ability to pick what armor and stuff you want to wear. The stats will stay the same, but if like the look of the last armor/weapon you should allow us to keep it. After that it is straight forward stuff like more ability's/stats. More types of enemies. So besides that stuff this game is perfect...

I like this game for so many reasons. The training mini-games are actually addicting and since that is about 75% of the time you spend in the game it's great. The Defense one is personally my favorite. The fight system is very well made a lot of the system is about cooldowns and how you use them properly or if you are training enough. I hope SoulGame make another game like this to be honest. I MUST HAVE MORE!

For Strength and Defense combos, get as much lag as you can, it's a must for high combos. Also, can we have a x10, x100 clover button?
