also one more think-
runing out of procesing will kill you!So you can die by
runnig out of energy,
suffotaking,
EXPLOSION(that happen when you run out of procesing!)

Good game,very hard,veeery Luck based
but there tips for you!-
1 using Guidance module IS A TRAP.It automaticaly use resource(if you like or not)which will DESTROY you in last minute by using power before cycle end for procesing and live support(So don't use it.upgrade still,but don't use it).
2-Don't have upgraded at max Engineering and engines BECAUSE IT WILL EAT SO MUTCH energy and live support that will GAME OVER you!
-instead go for Blue buttons(these button appear once you upgrade sensors)by ending"questline" by your generator gets super upgrade for 10 energy for click!without that you will lose.
that all.Hope you will win this puzzle!

Really interesting one, the concept is great... sadly it's too short and not that hard after some trial of error. well it was 10 funny minutes. keep up the good work !

Really liked the game. I had lot of fun working out the proper order of upgrades and the timing and stuff. One suggestion: it would be very helpful to be able to see the loads and bonuses from the ship system *before* you buy them. Trying to guess or remember from a previous playthrough is annoying, and doesn't add anything to the game.

Love the concept, but you can't store enough resources, and the increased drain as you fix it doesn't always make sense
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The resource stores are too small for the ship to function at higher levels, I lost a game close to the end because I had full energy stores but the maintenance tick happened right before automatic air refresh which drained everything in one second.
Might be solved by having the engineering and/or engine upgrades also increase the storage space for the upgraded resource by a bit.

Great game, love the concept, love trying to balance resources. But right now it feels impossible. To make it not tedious you need to automate and that pretty much dooms you.

UX is AWFUL:
1) Values start at 1, not 0, I lost at least 2 times because of it;
2) You can't know if this action/purchase will lead to immedate lose, I lost at least 5 times because of it;
3) Autobuy buys even when not needed and maybe can lead to immediate lose as well;
4) There is no keyboard support, desc lies (tabbing is not kb/s, @dev);
5) Game speed and music volume are not ajustable while playing, desc somewhat lies;
6) If you did't understand last message, it won't help you or repeat them;

Alright, published some balances changes to hopefully ease the difficulty a bit. Also added the mute feature as requested. Thanks again for all the wonderful feedback.

You have a good start here, but right now the game is over far too quickly. I look forward to what this will look like once further content is added.

Not of a fan of a game that makes you die a bunch before you get some kind of idea on whats going on. After trying a while I give up. Looks like you have to do things in a specific order. More a trial and error than a logic game. On top of that you have no time to analyze what to do unless you play over and over again.

After 2 tries i understood that is the only way to win (and it’s easy) is not to use auto resource at all :)
Hope there will be some more "scenarios" with same game rules in general but some differences in details like other resource exchange rates or "maximum energy is 3" or "no way to get life support so u need to win in time" or mt else... a good foundation for such a scenarios :D

I feel like the auto systems are bad when they have the potential to destroying the ship when activated. I'd say having them only activate when there's enough resources would be better. I didn't bother with auto life support and mining. Also, I only did auto power when I jumped to the new system.

I really wanted to add new tag "very hard" or "impossible" to this game. After more than 30-40 restarting game, I finally finish game. One tip to finish (but without spoilers) auto-collect for energy you need after "ultimate" upgrade energy production. No get this to early or your processing will kill you.
So for me this is really good game, maybe little to hard, but still 4/5

This game wouldn't be so damn infuriating if the maximum for each resource was more than 10 while late game cycles take like -8 energy. But honestly that "you lost" screen that pissed me off so much was what made me want to keep trying and finish the game.

being able to maybe upgrade the storage of systems would be nice. Especially towards the end where almost a full bar is being used each tick.

This feels mostly like a puzzle game; there's a formula for success (and some deft timing). But it doesn't LOOK like a reflex puzzler. I think this game might be more interesting (and authentic-looking) if the stage were redesigned as stopwatches or something. It could use a few "plateaus" that would allow the player to balance production and think about the next stretch. (Instead, once you're going, you're always on the very edge of game-over. Not super fun, that part.)

Couldn't figure it out and gave up after several tries. I really enjoyed the problem-solving aspect, but it felt like the balance was off. And not being able to turn off auto-resource (since oftentimes they will over generate, +5 when you have 1 empty slot) was annoying. Cool game, though, please keep it up!

Love games like this! Yes, please expand it. I keep dying suddenly for lack of storage. Surviving a catastrophe should be stressful, but not quite so suddenly.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
That was an annoying game but frankly the feeling of beating it was nice.
Now, I understand why there may be a game over if the power or life support goes out, but why does the processing facility explode if the hoppers are empty? I swear to god that the majority of my failures are because of that.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
it does not seem reaqlisitc that the more you repair your ship the unhealthier it becomes for the crew, what kinda space ship design is that?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Not a bad game at all, though I can't seem to find the magic combination that allows all my systems to not crash and burn
