You can maybe install upgrade "thieves", "corpse robbers" or "scavengers" so after every battle we get extra gold from dead bodies.

Reached lvl 50 and got bored.... I couldn't hold more than 52 anyway i think. But fine little game.. some balancing. maybe set amount of arrows on volley down and increase other skills a bit more..
Tip: get arrow volley.

IMO I find the Damage not able to keep up with the units HP along with a shortage of money for upgrading, I had 10 accuracy + 10 damage, and was unable to win 2 rounds after upgrading both (keeping the gates repaired between rounds as well)

I had rated this 2/5 cause it has promise, but it needs a LOT of work, but after seeing my paltry defenses get overwhelmed for the 5th time cause there just isn't any way to keep up, I'm dropping that to 1/5.
This 'game' needs some serious fixing.

Balance as stated previously by many is far, Far, FAR too weighed against the player. Even with the band of mercenaries you still get your arse kicked around 20 - at least it keeps happening to me. Maybe there's some magic upgrade path that I never found but even if so, it would still be all messed up. This needs to be pulled and severely worked over for balance. Not just a few little tweaks for accuracy and ram hps but a total overhaul of enemy power, appearance rate, player armament capability... EVERYTHING. Please. This COULD be a lot of fun, it just needs a major workover.

Alrighty. Played back through the game again, up through lvl 26. Couple of additional suggestions to help you get your rating up. If you purchase the 'flaming arrow' upgrade, it should also affect your archers and crossbowmen. Siege Towers will probably need tweaking (if people didn't like the battering ram). If you didn't want to increase cash per kill; one thing you could do is allow players to 'grind' for cash....as in, if you lose you can replay the level and keep whatever money you earn; that way you know you'll eventually pass each level given enough attempts. It'd allow players to play long enough to experience all of the upgrade options; just enjoy themselves & the game; and provide a solution to balancing & cash-flow issues.
Thank you. That -- and your other comment -- were both quite helpful. I'll definitely take those ideas into consideration. I like the wave restarting idea in particular, I hadn't thought of that as a possibility.

Definitely some potential here. Seems like most of the areas for improvement have already been covered by other posters. The biggest thing is most definitely the overall balance being off. I definitely agree that the player needs to be rewarded more money. I found myself getting a few upgrades, but after a dozen waves I was pretty much done being able to "upgrade" anything because I'd have to spend money on repairs; and the remaining leftover cash, after repairs, wasn't enough to purchase any actual upgrades. That leaves the player in a stagnant position, while the enemy continually gets stronger; which, as others have said, is a balance issue. Still...has potential, if it's given additional tweaking.

I'll go ahead and turn down the damage and health of the ram, increase the base accuracy a bit, and add in a mute feature. Thanks for the feedback.

As darkland said: Never enough money and to much forced to spend on repairs. But these games are hard to balance if you give to much money you dont have to play in the end anymore. I do find the accuracy in this game frustrating. I can shoot like 10 arrows on 1 guy without any of those arrows hitting. This is something that you shouldnt have in a game if you reward so less gold for a kill. I can live with the low money from a kill if i at least have a chance to kill the mobs with just being fast enough to kill them. But if it takes 10 shots on 1 guy to kill them for only a small amount of gold thats not even going to be enough to repair the dmg the others did at the same time with. Then its to unbalanced. Please try to balance it a bit more. For now 3/5

Interesting, but there are 2 problems: 1) You never make enough money (seems like a common theme in these games), 2), the battering ram is too strong. The ram does a lot of damage to the wall, forcing you to use the little money you get on repairs.
