At some point i was buying and selling insects and the only thing going through my mind was "Capitalism, capitalism!"

I'll go a step beyond Vince and say that there are times I want to split my caravan, do 2 different things, then bring them back together. I think the easiest way to code this would be needing to play both caravans, rather than devising some sort of automatic routine.

Suggestion- Be able to make "Sideline"Caravans composed of a few people and carts that will automatically buy/sell goods to a fro a town so that we ca maintain industry in more than one region. So if i need leather for say vests production in Town A i can just have someone else to automatically buy leather from Town B since Town A doesn't produce it. Then after the vests are produced another sideline takes some of the vests (in desired quantities) to town C for eat to sell. Would be a great automatic money-maker.

A starting tip: get grasshoppers as a main food source from Cricket because they're cheap and have a really good energy rate

FallenCake, sell less useful containers for the money and don't buy storage unless it's for industry or for holding items that you are not capable of holding at the moment due to planning for building them up in order to sell them at a different time and/or place.

Is it possible to get a personal storage in area 2? I have a lot of bottles and I would like to put them in storage, as I get more and more canisters, I dont need them for now. Not sure if I should just sell them, so a personal storage in each area would be nice

Lois: Complete the weapons gathering mission for Apis. Talk to him about how you want to help. He sets up a meeting for, I forget, a day or two out. Save the game at this point. The hard part is watching that tiny clock on the map view spin around the right number of hours. You can be a little early, but you can't be late. Apis will give you a second chance to meet Los, but not a third chance. If you don't have a saved game that allows you to do this you need to start over.

Too low of an intelligence score screws with your reactions from quest-givers later on. And since the highest INT member of your caravan affects others' morale I always keep my INT at least at 5. When Spencer (10 INT) gets grumpy so does everyone else unless you are smart enough to counter that. Agility is, of course, paramount; but STR & ACC can be 4 without a big problem.

make sure to give your character at least 6 accuracy, agility, and physical at the start if you want to be any good at fighting. Intelligence is just the "lack patience" stat for other skills later on, and better mercs can handle that.
This makes the start of the game much easier, and your bullets can actually make headshots.

I kind of agree with Anous. One of my biggest annoyances in the game is that you can't really buy enough ammo to keep your weapons stocked (at least for most the game). It's annoying to have to hunt down the right bandit groups just to keep supplied. Other changes I would wish for are for towns to have more money, and for it to be easier to look up prices of items in different towns you've been to. All that said, I love the game. It's got such a lot of detail.

mate the bigblegh it is possible to autosave every time you leave a city also it is possible to put the sttings in such way that every time you finish a battle your game will be paused for more information you could visit the caravaneer 2 wiki site and search for pages such as http://caravaneer2.wikia.com/wiki/Starting_Strong be sure to give the game another chance due the fact it totally rules :)

This is fustrating, I kill some raiders, but after i get out of the battle, it automatically puts the speed at where I was moving instead of pause, another raider group attacks and I have no time to save they kill me and i lose 30 minutes worth of money and loot

Anous...etc - Sounds like you need to modify your tactics. You might find some discussion here: http://gamesofhonor.com/forum.php?viewtopic=21091&page=1 or in Kongregate's forum. It's be a little too long for the comments section.

I like the business aspect of this game. But the turn based fighting is just way to hard. Right in the beginning you can already get attacked by like 6 rovers and die. You get attacked so often you run out of ammo really quick and you cant buy new ammo. The other weapons completely suck! You need to hit people for like 10 turns before they die and that is with the best weapons available at the beginning!

Well....I usually abandon my prisoners, and then injure them to bring up my doctor lvl in my caravan. Now my caravan can heal about 10 hp per-day.(at 800)

:Reply, @ Ja025: This game reached its final version before donald trump announced that he`s going to run for office. This "Political propaganda" is "Purely" conquencidental!

Idjit. If the town or city can't support the industry or receive enough resources for it then the cost for the item will soar in the place. If the place has enough resources for it then you should keep it to either sell it elsewhere or to be used in another industry you have (preferable in the same place). Considering costs for making an industry then the only reasons I can think of for making and industry and selling it is so the place can use it themselves but in that then you should make sure you have no industries that make things you intend to sell elsewhere. It's basically not worthwhile building an industry and selling it unless you can make it work for you somehow.

As an economics major, I absolutely love this game. It's an extremely complex economics simulation, I love the open-ended nature of it. However, the world is quite sparsely populated. I'm only in Alkubra, maybe once I reach the federation, whatever that is, I'll see some more fertile landscape.

It's interesting to me how no one minds the political propaganda in this. I guess people got used to having shit chowed down their throats.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
ok l ove the game but there should be a thing on the map were you can see what items are more expensive or cheaper so you know what to buy

GoatGamingMaster. I think that the problem with the comment Idjit made is thst he thinks that making your own industries sounds really great and thereby can't be so great. He doesn't seem to understand that it's a way to make alot more money but requires you to invest in the correct industries, keep track of where they are, ensure you can sell the items and sometimes even do some fairly basic math in order to invest the correct amount of industries and money in the cities you can properly invest in so you maximize your profit. The profit comes in the long run but the investments and math are easy so long as you have enough money, some paper to do the math(concerning storage required and money used up from paying the employees and resources) in, keep track of the cities and how much you need to keep in each one along with some other items to sell in the city. It's not really difficult as long as you're not an idiot.

I captured Lawar Darth Vader Ghostbuster and let him go free to work for me. I'm the boss of Darth Vader now and and am almost done buying profitable industries and am in the middle of building a powerful and wealthy caravan. Soon there will be nobody who can stand in my way and I can declare myself The Emperor with no opposition.

WTF? How is it possible, that a city doesn't have money? How should I know has a city got money or not? And how should I earn money then, if it's impossible to trade because of this idiotic sh*t?!
