My one complaint, that the minute you enter travel mode, you are a homing beacon to EVERY SINGLE ROBBER OUT THERE. I mean, really? other that that I quite enjoy it.

I agree with BlackButterfly89. If you're gonna make a game this in-depth, you really need a better tutorial/instructions. That said, this was still a pretty fun way to pass a couple hours. Thumbs up overall. But yeah, better instructions...

I really enjoy this game, the only thing I am not a fan of is that there is no way to tell your people to ride a horse.

I'm glad to see this as a daily badge. This is still, in my eyes, the number one game on Kongregate. The sheer depth and size of the game is astounding. To this day, my Kongregate bookmark is still "The Slightly Unofficial Guide To Caravaneers". Here's hoping for a Caravaneers 2!

I didn't noticed how you could save first.
So I travelled to a town which had no food for my horse ...
And after that i got right into 50 enemies who didn't hurt me but depleted me enitrely of my ammunition.
They couldn't kill me but i just couldn't kill them either because of ammo (or get away).
Please in the following game either add a run away button or a meele function for the gun (like punching them with it) to avoid running aroung the place entirely safe but JUST not being able to kill that last robber :/

your grammar is lacking. you REALLY NEED TO TAKE AN ENGLISH COURSE. "...and running away from contagious diseases... " things like that sound incredibly awkward, and are much harder to deal with in a game. it makes you look stupid and rushed as well, as though you didn't even care to put your work through a spell checker before submitting it. try for more quality in the eloquence department.

gave this game a 5/5 before even really starting the game, just because of some of the city names (verdammter platz=german for doomed place, and diep gat=dutch for deep hole) and the immediate reference to the cactus mccoy game

Those who have issues with knowing how much food you need and stuff, the Caravan button tells you your daily consumptions. Anyways, if you want the easy way out for the Badge of the Day, here's a glitch (I reported it but I doubt the developer will go and fix it immediately): ____!!!!!! Go to the local shop, make sure the right scrollbar is at the top, SELL a water bottle, Press the Scroll Up button on the right, and you'll see an xUndefined item (MAGIC!!), BUY one of that, and now you can carry and buy UNLIMITED items (make sure you input a definite number, because the Max button will also say 'Not a Number').

Ok, found another (SUPER EPIC FACT). IF U TRY TO FIGHT OTHER CARAVANEER LIKE 10 TIMES, U MIGHT WIN WITH LIKE (and their stupid teamkilling).
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
just found a very silly fact, when u fight another caravaneer, yes for sure ur not gonna win if u just played it today for the BoTD, BUT! u can still do some kill (while most of the kills are made by THEMSELFS, and like around 3-5 kills are done by u.)

I found a glitch, I finished a robber battle with one life left, and after I got back to the cart it said I died Why?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Tried to play this game but... can't do. No information on nothing. You don't know how much food or water you need for whatever for instance.........

Just getting started but loving the game. One thing I would like to see on the sequel is to be able to see how much you paid for goods in your inventory, just to make sure you're not screwing yourself when you sell them.

Lazy, a double description of the only badge. Never understand that. Doesn't help, doesn't humor, just waste time in reading both. Little

Hmm...After 5 deads i understood that i need to fill water buy some forges, food and medicines. But if i on battle and only 1 hp left and i activate medicine to use them if i'm wounded and it didn't work. Save needed because it's boring when you're dead by some bugs or smt like that -.-

Why is it my big wooden cart only adds 40kg of capacity to my horse? My donkey with a small cart holds more wtf??!?!?

@Beeble2003: So you want a trading game that tells you what to trade and with whom? Doesn't leave much for the player to actually do, since the tactical fight phases are just plain running and gunning without any depth.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
MasterThrawn you need supplies like food and water to travel around and not die, you will also need forage to feed your donkey.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
OK, so I was a dumbass and misremembered the sheriff's instructions about what to trade. Thanks to the person who pointed that out to me. But my point still stands that the game should be keeping notes like that and calculating things for me, rather than making me reach for a pencil and paper or rely on my apparently suspect memory.

I was wandering around right after leaving the first town and it suddenly said "Game over. You died." No warning at all. There were 3 robbers near me but I didn't get a chance to fight them.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
some stupid aspects.. half way across a run with 30 water and food.. suddenly i need to throw away 110 kgs of weight .. unexplained.. 1/5

Listen to Sheriff MacCoy: if you do his little triangle, in two-three full routes, you'll have the badge. A horse is also handy for speeding past bandits.

This is a fantastic concept but, for me, the execution is letting it down badly. The interface forces you to use the mouse for everything -- let me type in numbers! You're forced to work everything out in your head: divide the distance to the next town by your speed to work out how long it'll take to get there (do I stop at night? Who knows -- I've only just started playing!); multiply that number by your water consumption, food consumption, forage consumption, ... The game could do most of that for me. And I'm pretty sure the sheriff lied to me. I'm sure he told me to take leather to Drushlak and, now I'm there, I'm pretty sure that the price they're offering to buy my leather is *less* than what I paid for it in the start town. Or maybe I misremembered? Again, the game should be taking notes for me instead of making me write down everything myself.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
haha love buying huge wagonloads of alcohol in drushlak and selling in Verdammter Platz to make $100,000, and then buying cars and super speeding across the desert <3

One thing I would like to see in the sequel would be a wait button in combat, to allow your slower members to act before the faster ones. Too many times my faster people have been stuck behind a vehicle unable to do anything, because of slower members blocking them in.

Is anyone else having the problem when you save the game and close it but when you open it up again the save has gone? It happens to me everytime.
