This game is actually awesome. But I think I'm in the majority when I thought 'dam boy, you want me to play a blocky Silent Hill, Heavy rain like game?'. Okay, I was skeptical. But after playing this a while, you realise: this game is actually scary. To anyone who likes the demo, I would definitely recommend getting the full game. I'm not gonna spoil anything for ya guys, all I'll say is that the main character is a complete an utter Nutbag. He doesn't even wear shoes... dun dun dun

I have this game.. I'm actually just playing the demo version because it doesn't work. :( If anyone here owns the game too, and would be able to help me, please do. I would appreciate it.

There's something really special about Lone Survivor. It's an obvious labor of love, and an exceptionally beautiful one. Great music, great visuals, highly recommended.

2D remake of Silent Hill, actually it has even better storytelling than Silent Hill. I found navigating rooms in 2D quite confusing.

Anyone else catch the silent hill "conformation sound" when picking up the pocket flash light (which might also be from silent hill)?

@smuki: This is a demo. I believe that's in the title of the game. @IceFlame31: This game is intended to be 8-bit. If it hurts your eyes, press S to increase the gamma or something. Do you know how hard it is to achieve this game's effects in a 3-D game? No-one will fix the graphics.

Good game.. really liked it, just be careful if you consider the full version as it always run in fullscreen only and CANNOT be played in windowed mode.

Absolutely amazing! Although contribution form Silent Hill series are clearly visible and immense, it turns out to be one of biggest perks of this game. Love it! It's a work of art, a job well done.

Beautiful, and I'd love to buy it, but don't give Chie the doll before she mentions it; this breaks the game. And just let me know if you ever need over-the-top playtesters...

Wait - so you're selling the full version of the game for $10, but the proceeds from the $50 version of the game (that's right, $50) goes to support FREEWARE development? Ummm....

I agree with Kaje, it would be nice with some more info. Thou at the same time i wouldnt want everything spoiled before i play the game :P .. Anyways, the game seems awesome! Very nostalgic but at the same time feels fresh and up to date.

Amazing writing, atmosphere and sound design. While it's common to see media influenced by Silent Hill / Twin Peaks, it's rare to see any that have properly learned the lessons they taught. A purchase well earned.

Feels like a really atmospheric game, but I'm struggling to find a 'features list' anywhere. I'm not going to part with $10 for something that hasn't really been properly explained or described!
