The arena matchmaking is rigged. I can't get past bronze III because I keep getting matched up with people in Gold II and III. The game is also extremely P2W

@JonathanZohD I have no idea. I just refresh and wait a few seconds until it says PROCESSING. Otherwise it won't load. Even when it works, it takes way longer and is way laggier than the mobile version even though my laptop is obviously faster than my phone.

In at bounty rank 17 out of 18 and let me tell you that it takes like half a year to get to 18 and stay there. In bounty rank 17, you lose once and lose 2000 exp while a win only gives you 250 exp. That's 8 wins to make up for a single loss. I'm lucky to even stay at rank 17. I've been rank 17 since at least November 2019. Give the game 2 more badges so I haven't completely wasted my time. 2 hard badges. Like bounty rank 10-15 or reach level 20-30. I don't even remember how long it took to get there.

If you've played this game very far, don't forget to install the Steam and mobile versions for extra achievements. It's also way easier on the go with the mobile version and for me it starts way faster since all assets are stored locally. Even if this game stores assets locally, my hard drive sucks compared to my phone's flash memory.

This game has a catch 22: if you don't have enough dust to upgrade and fuse cards in order to make space in order to open packs with gold, how can you use gold in order to get cards which you can dust in order to upgrade and fuse cards to make space to open those packs? Inventory limits don't help anyone. Remove all limits (inventory, gold, fragments, arena coins) and give back the shards used to buy inventory space. I don't want to throw away cards that might become useful someday if I ever find 3 more copies of them. The upgrade and fusion system is less of a fun feature and more of an obstruction. Randomly getting the 4 premium cards you want from a box is way more difficult than getting just one.

I wish we could buy packs from more sets with gold. For example Pokemon, MTG, Hearthstone, Yu-Gi-Oh! allow players to buy any pack. The reason it's impossible here is that there are no commons or rares in those other sets. They are premium only. Why not just put those epics and legendaries in the packs? It takes long enough to get enough shards to buy a few premium cards, but we need to get each card FOUR times to make them as strong as possible, which makes it much harder to get what you want. I mostly use standard cards since those are easier to get four of. Eventually you'll get a bunch of quad legendaries and epics, but it takes very long. Over 100 hours.

Something weird happened. Instead of auto battling 8 bounties, I auto battled 8 guild clash battles instead. I was surprised why I still had 8 bounties left. Apparently they took the 8 max battles from bounties and after clicking on fight, they applied it to the guild clash instead. That's why I lost 3 out of 8 battles since guild clash is harder than bounties at the end.

Despite changes to the game, it is still incredibly difficult for new players to "catch up". If they were smart, they would take more steps to get new players to a more competitive level to encourage spending. As is, there isn't really any reason for a new player to spend real money to make up ground because there's too much ground to make up.

The full step box costs $160 if you have an extra 15 shards lying around or $165 with 35 shards left after spending most of your shards on it.

The free keys can't even be used anymore since they removed packs that use keys. At least for now. They will probably be brought back a while after the keys expire. Replace them for 120 shards.

Imagine spending hundreds of dollars on a Flash game. The whole reason to play Flash games is because they are free. If I wanted to spend money, I'd buy a game, which I have. Every month I get 10 games for $11. $1.10 per game. You can't beat that. Every one of those games is better than Spellstone too.

Arena matching needs to be more based on level and not totally random; there should also be a paid tier in the arena for anyone who spends real money in game.

Event thing needs you to collect Arena Coins. As a new player for a few days all I see in Live PvP is players with maxed legendary and mythic cards. This is one of the most unfair and atrociously designed PvPs i've come across.
