from my perspective as a consumer of all the great idle games, the main thing that's missing here is a big boost to GPS from leveling the lower entities to higher levels. for instance, 500 slimes, which took a lot of demon leveling to accomplish, only contributes to about 1% of GPS. I realize that some of these dead spots are inevitable, but it's worth considering to fill some of them up with boosts and what not- it'd be an easy fix to add things like cross-boosts (slimes boost wizards or something). you already did it with the "get everything to x#" boosts, and those are quite welcome.

the gains from idling are a little anemic compared to the gains from active play. and, there's a big brick wall in the middle of the 300-400 demon range. also, with an autoclicker, you can get to that brick wall in about 30 minutes.

The game is just hanging on the loading screen...anyone else experiencing this? Shame cos I can't wait to get back into it! :)

It would be nice to have an "autowhip" near end-game so that you could set it on one of your monsters and just let the whip take its course. To balance this, the whip should be ridiculously overpriced!!! Like so author can see!!

Well, after playing around with the save game file, I have come to the conclusion that it would literally take several weeks maybe a month or more to earn the amount needed to buy everything. I set the number of souls to 1 x 10-24th) I am going to take this game as more of an experiment by someone(s) that wants programing experience. Since I love agile (continually building in value), I commend you on your approach. You are doing a great job and your customer service/PR efforts are greatly appreciated. Hopefully you are making note of your efforts for your portfolio for future clients/job applications. Thank you for all your hard work and thanks for all the minions.

ok, as TALESAY comented earlyer: souls are aquired biy getting enaugh money. its like an award for and achivement for reaching a sertan amount of monye in full game/game+ doesn't reset money count for souls/. however, you need to reset(new game+) for souls to become active. each soul grants you a 1% boost to GPS. you can also use them to purchase artifacts.
New game+ deactivates artifacts, and returns ALL spent souls, AND ads all souls earned in this game to the total count of souls in the next one.
souls: on new game+ screen there is a space with text "money to next soul: COMING SOON"... in one of next updates you will see how much more money you need to earn to get a soul, that will be added in next new game+

Import/export function just spoiled the whole game. There's now an easy way to get all the money you want. So what's the point in progressing? Also the cap for minion amount is silly.

steff just proved my point. with the pices the way they are, there is no way to get 1000 of minions without at least 1m souls /i have 338k/... import export should have been at least coded in one way or the other...

Hello everyone! I just pushed the import/export save feature, so you can backup your data in case of power outages, interrupted saves, global warming, terrorists, CCleaner and other "PC optimization" software. We've been silent the last couple of days, because we currently are in our national equivalent of July 4th ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiestas_Patrias_(Chile) ), so rural wifi, and other commitments are making communication complicated for us. We should be back in full force on Tuesday (I'm still gonna be working in the meantime but mostly on minor stuff)

A way to make this more of an actual idle game (instead of a furiously-whip-the-best-monster game) might be to create an auto-whip function that goes slower than a person would normally click (so that there's still a reason to click if you want to make money faster) and can only work on one monster--that way, you can actually leave this game to idle and still make money, but if you want to go faster you can actually interact with the game to do so.
Agree ;) Now that I'm done with the export/import save function I'm gonna work on this (while my partner works in the minions flavor text and other stuff for the library)

Honestly want to like this game, but it's so god damn buggy and the last 2 upgrades never move. So basically the game is whip > reset > ect.
It used to calculate if I closed the tab, now? nope. Tried afking with the tab open? Nope. 1/5.

What's the point in showing all those numbers in the legend screen? Is it even feasible to get that high? I'm making upwards of 60 billion a second, even then 10^55 would take 5 x 10^36 years to get to! And that's much artifacts.
Many people were confused because of the money icons, the naming convention I initially chose, etc, we decided to keep it, because, why the heck not? (as for progress, we plan to make it feasible with additional content)

So when I reset the game the amount it takes to upgrade my minions stayed the same from my last game which has made it impossible to make enough money to progress.

When Playing this game in the Chrome browser:
1) Right click anywhere on the page, "Inspect element"
2) Click "Console" in the panel that opened (the uppermost one)
3) Change the dropdown that says "" to "gameiframe( index.html )"
4) Click next to the ">" symbol
5) Type "ig.player.host.capital.earned = 1e75" without quotes
6) ...

it took minutes to reach the quad-section and get hundreds of souls but now it just takes ages to buy the next stock of monsters, its just not quite balanced, i think...

its nice that you can get all artifacts, the only thing the dev should really do is make the price increment much greater than the current so people will have to struggle to get additional artifacts.
Artifacts should be more like an achievement that gives you great bonuses if/when you reach it
example for prices:
price for 2nd artifact slot 80 souls
price for 3rd slot 1500
price for 4th slot 30000
price for 5th slot 850000
price for 6th slot 2200000
and so on
Or something simillar so it wont be too easy but also not nearly impossible to achieve these. plus you should make quite the sacrifice if you wish you have an additional artifact active so even higher prices than this might actually be better

for those who didnt notice there is a + on the left side of the artifact slot value, you can click on that to buy an additional slot at the cost of souls.
