Fairly clever, albeit short. The sundial puzzle required a bit too much guesswork - the newspaper should've also said which direction a sundial should face for it to work!

Nicely done! With a little more work you could turn this into a masterpiece. For a moment i felt i was playing realmyst 3D all over again. I loved the fact that you dont have ridicilous time consuming riddles. 4/5

It took me a while to figure it out because I thought the clock turned the light on when the time was right, but I saw the white square after about 15 minutes. Great game but a little too short for my liking (4/5) :)

the problem with the sundial lies not in the sundial itself. the problem (at least for me) was, that you can get the sundial before you get the newspaper hint. i stopped looking for hints after finding the sundial because i was sure that the next step was to get the time with it. so i was stuck with only the sundial for half an hour or so :)

Graphics are beautiful! I tried many time inputs on the clock, and I admit I finally had to look up the answer. Sundials don't give an exact clock time as far as I know anyways. I hope you make more games!

Good game, I love these escape type games. They are a good way to pass the time when bored. Though the sundial is kinda hard when you don't know how to read one. XD

I'm sure I figured out the sundial puzzle...the sundial must point away from the equator, and in the northern hemisphere the equator is to the south (which you are in, according to the newspaper), so you must point the sundial to the north, which the blueprints show is facing away from the door. The sundial shows 10:30 and since it was supposed to be used in the southern hemisphere you actually get 1:30. But apparently that is not the solution...
[SPOILER ALERT] You are right about everything. The solution you got should work... unless you thought the sun was up an hour and a half past midnight (hint hint).

I got the sundial before the newspaper, and figured out most of it, but I had no idea about subtracting the time from 12. Sundials not being in daily usage around these parts :) Very nice game, kinda one-trick, but very smooth. I'd definitely like to see more done similarly.

Simple yet rewarding. Perhaps put the harder challenges towards the end. The sundial one wasn't too hard, but it would have been better if that was one of the final challenges. Also, just put more into it; perhaps even some red herrings.

You couldn't use the screwdriver, or ANYTHING the break the window? Or even break through a wall? you got peices of metal, glass, full power screwdrivers, and even a giant drawer to break stuff and get out..
I will allow you to pick up furniture and throw it through the wall in the next escape game. It will take 5 seconds to finish. Thanks for the suggestion.

Sundails should be used outside and the dial should face either north or south depending on your hemisphere. Anyways, developer of the game, you didn't position the sundials, dial, vertically so technically the time on the sundial is wrong because of improper use.
Sunlight is coming in through the window, you don't need to be outside. You don't just rotate a sundial 180 degrees when you go to the other hemisphere - the entire face of the sundial would have to be horizontally flipped (which is the same as subtracting from 12). The game is 100% accurate.

The hint and the warning is just throwing people off, all you need is the sundial to solve the clock, you don't need to subtract. Theres only three positions to use the sundial at, so 3 possible times to try.. Also the hint on the sundial is weird and doesn't coincide with the blueprint.
