Under rating threshold (show) great game, nice music, only comment is that it doesn't seem fair that you lose a life when you have two balls going and miss one of them

Under rating threshold (show) An interesting game, however the controls are quite obnoxious. It feels as if the way the game is controlled detracts from the experience instead of adding to it.

Under rating threshold (show) Nice music, and nice ballistic physics, but its kinda hard, and the paddle doesn't move fast enough, at least in mouse mode.

Under rating threshold (show) This is a pretty good game, although the music isn't for me, So it is handy there is a mute button, and to be honest I find it harder with a mouse

Under rating threshold (show) it would be nice to have the balls in a different color than every single other object in the game, so they are easier to distinguish when many objects are falling at once

Under rating threshold (show) This game was ok. I liked the music, but I guess this just isn't my cup of tea. And to address an earlier point, I saw a couple of my bounced back bricks dislodge others. Not sure if that's new or not.

Under rating threshold (show) Omg.. i hate breakout games generally, but at least those paddles are responsive enough, whereas on mouse mode especially the paddle/ball/whatever moves soooooooooooo(oo..) slowly to your movements. Furthermore i feel no emotion playing this game, which makes it hard to want to continue playing it.. 2/5

Under rating threshold (show) This is hardly a breakout "clone". Being able to bump the ball and giving it some physics makes it very interesting. My one critique would be the return ball. I'd rather be able to hit the spacebar or something to start the new ball. Also, as the "bricks" fall... Since I can bounce them as well and since they can affect the main ball so easily, it might make things more interesting to add the possibility of using a bounced brick to dislodge more of the others.

Under rating threshold (show) Thanks BDSFlash for responding to points raised. With regard to the controls being left as keyboard based to make the game slightly harder... personally I'd much rather play a game that had as perfect a control mechanism as was possible, and the difficulty was handled purely through game play. Just my 2d. :)

Under rating threshold (show) Well Done, and not glitchy (far as I saw), decent soundtrack, but as many have said ... when all is said and done , just another breakout clone. And frankly I always hated Breakout, but as I said Very nicely done ... 3stars

Under rating threshold (show) This game is fun. I like the ability to shoot it hard or soft depending on the situation. You can "juggle" the ball and the hit it hard at the targets.

Under rating threshold (show) Reading your comments, I agree with 2, 3 and 4... but loosing a life for multiball is just too weird. I serisouly think that loosing a multiball should not lose you a hard-earned life. Anyways, for the game itself, it's quite fun... for the first 3 levels. Then the novelty wears off and it's just another Breakout clone, in my opinion. But it's presented very well, so I'll add an extra star for that. 4 stars.

Under rating threshold (show) 2) Judging the bricks and the ball apart. Again, theres a perfect explanation for this. The more bricks you have dislodged and are juggling in the air, the more points you will rack up. This also has a negative side - not being able to see your original ball properly. You have to look at the +'s and -'s of your actions. (To keep the ball in sight, look for the trail it leaves behind it) 3) Mouse control. We thought this would make the game alot easier....too easy, you'd never loose a ball. Sorry guys, but sometimes we like a challenge.... :) 4) To the user Asbestos - If you read the instructions at the satrt of the game, you will find that there is a certain BUTTON you press to send the ball flying into the roof of the level. That button is *UP*. By holding *UP* you will do powershots on the ball. Remeber this for future user. :) Thanks again, and if anyone has any more problems, ask TastyLamp or I. :)

Under rating threshold (show) Thanks for all the constructive criticism guys. I've got a few things just to clear up: 1) 'Loosing a life when you loose a multiball ball' issue. Theres a reason that we have green/red/yellow powerups. Green ones, as usuall, signify something that will benefit your gameplay. Red ones, being vice versa, will make your gameplay more difficult. Yellow ones signify that there is a positive AND negative side to that powerup. If you CHOOSE (I'm using the word choose because no powerup is ever compulsory to collect) to collect the powerup, then you have made a decision to accept the consequences that may be contained within. Sure, the multiball will give you more points and clear the level faster, but you have accepted the negative side of if you loose one, you loose a life! v Continued v

Under rating threshold (show) I gave this game a low rating due to several factors. The game gets boring very quickly; I gave up playing after level 6 because it's excactly the same every level, apart from different patterns. And it's almost impossible to control the ball using the keyboard! Also the music is bad. And does the background have to be completely red?

Under rating threshold (show) There's a mute button? Oh, there we go. Pause first then click. (Why not M or S?) And why no sound effects, just music? I would have preferred sound effects over your choice of music, quite honestly. Nice game, but have you thought to provide mouse support instead of arrow keys? The game has potential, but would just feel better using the mouse rather than the keyboard. Also, why the choice to make the objects that fall look identical to the object you must prevent from falling? Yeah they're smaller, but when a lot is going on, it's difficult to tell which is which. And one more nit-pick (sorry, just trying to provide some constructive criticism) please don't use words like "FAILURE" to indicate game over. You might laugh, but it's really not user-friendly. Seriously. All things considered, it didn't hold my interest very long mostly due to forcing me to use the keyboard. It's a bit frustrating due to the looseness of the controls.
