Kongregate doesn't support the Unity cloud save functionality, so you'll have to message me by creating a ticket on Discord so that I can move your save to a different platform/device. Unfortunately Kong only supports local save on a single device.
DM me here (or preferably on Discord since I don't check here as often) with your in-game username. I can find your old account and copy it over to your new one.
I highly recommend playing on a different platform (Steam, iOS, or Android). Kong is the only platform that has save issues. Also, Kong is no longer being updated because it doesn't support a lot of Unity's latest features. So if you want to keep receiving updates for this game (there has been a lot of new features added in the past month or two), you'll have to switch over to one of the other supported platforms. I can help you move your save file over there as well.
Each different upgrade is multiplicative with each other. So 1 level in damage IV can be significantly better than like 10000 levels in damage I ... depending on what their current levels are. You might need to do a bit of math :). The Discord server has some calculators to help you. Also, check the in-game FAQ, which mentions this in a bit more detail.

I think the developer has discontinued support on Kongregate. Game has been unplayable (cannot save, cannot prestige) for weeks.
Nope, as you can see, I am still releasing updates every ~2 weeks. Kong's game is still up to date with Steam and Mobile. But as I mentioned in various other comments, the game's server is not compatible with Kongregate's old WebGL technology. I HIGHLY recommend you switch to playing on Steam or Mobile or a Mobile Emulator on your PC if you want to continue playing without any fear of losing save data or prestige bugs or freezing issues. I can transfer your Kong data to any other platform of you choice - just create a ticket on Discord to get in contact with me.
What is your in-game username? I will check the server for issues related to your account. Also, I recommend switching to play on Steam or Mobile or a Mobile Emulator to avoid any future bugs that occur on Kongregate (the game is very unstable on this platform due to outdated technology).

I am playing on mobile, so when I log on to Kongregate on PC, it does not have any of my saved data. Keyboard does not appear on mobile when I try to type a name for NewPlayer.

Are the increases from different sources (prestige, energy, technology ect.) addictive or multiplicative?
Like 10% from prestige and 10% from energy: is it' 10 + 10 = 20%? or 1.1*1.1* =1.21?

Yeah, that's a feasible option. In the meantime, I can still manually restore anyone's data if they happen to clear their browser data and lose their save file. Just DM me here or on Discord and I'll get you sorted in no time :)
Unfortunately, this is a problem with Unity's server login system, which is not something I can change or fix myself. Unity servers are relatively new and do not support WebGL at this time (https://support.unity.com/hc/en-us/articles/30909536227220-Does-Unity-Player-Accounts-support-WebGL). Hopefully they decide to fix this in the near future. Otherwise, this game will not be able to support cloud saves without switching to an entirely different backend server, which is not feasible. I'd recommend playing on a supported platform such as Steam, mobile, or a mobile emulator on your PC if you want to safely play this game without fear of losing data.

This game is really fun, and there are multiple aspects of game points that interact with the game play, and it's super idle. Just great.
Apparently cloud save doesn't work on some browsers, so it's only saved locally. Unfortunately, this means if you clear your local browser data, your game data will also be erased. Apparently it doesn't work on some browsers, but it does on others. Most people are having no issues playing on Chrome. If you can tell me your in-game username, I might be able to find your old data on the server and restore it. Sorry about that!

i'm not sure about a thing but it feels like that: if spells are set on autocast on bosses, it feels like land mines are casted a split second before any stat(s) increasing spells making land mines less effective by an huge factor. Is it just me or does it need a little fix? thanks
Good suggestion! Since the code goes in sequential order when firing off spells, and Land Mines is first in the list, it is very possible that it does indeed get cast before any of the others activate! However, it does not have a huge impact like you think, because the Land Mines skill only uses a tower's "real" damage, excluding any boosts from temporary spells/skills/etc.

man...kongregate really hit a low point. This game is full of bugs, resolution and scaling issues, numbers are extremely poorly tuned for an incremental game, nothing original(a few terrains and character models) most people can't even save their progress...this is like an alpha of a reskin made by a second year computer science student...which would all be fine, if it wasn't for the cash shop. The game is basically only microtransactions, and tbh they aren't even that micro. How delusional do you have to be to try to monetize a project like this so intensely. I'd understand if there was a $5 supporter pack or something, but man, hundreds of dollars of bundles in the cash shop for a pre-alpha, barely playable, lazy project like this is just...a low point.
Just tested myself and it seems like different browsers create different server profiles, meaning you can't start on Chrome and continue on Firefox - they will have separate individual save files. However, if you start on Firefox and continue playing on Firefox, the game should save fine. I just tested using the "Force Save" button in the settings menu, and didn't lose any data between play sessions. Regardless, I'll work on a fix for all of this in general, because it is not good that each browser is treating the game separately! Sorry for the inconvenience.

No saving, the developer's suggestions don't seem to work for me. Both the Force Save & Esc/Quit Game do absolutely nada... Too bad as that makes this game unplayable.
Really? Huh... I've never had any problem with it in my testing (using Chrome). I'll try on some other browsers. And you don't have the game open on multiple tabs, right? If it's open in multiple tabs/windows, the game will keep overwriting itself, so you'd lose data that way. But it should be fine if you only have it open in one location and use the "force save" button. Also, do you lose ALL of your progress when you exit? Or do you just get backtracked a bit each time?

nice game. quick question anyway, does ancient shadow runes upgrade for gems also works retroactively giving a rune for every ultraboss killed before the purchase?
Thanks! I'm glad you like it! No, rune upgrades are not retroactive. For this reason, many people like to wait a while to kill Ancient Shadows for when they get more runes or rarer runes upgrades. However, this is a balancing act - if you wait too long, you will hamper your progress, because runes are quite powerful in the early game. You'll be getting several thousands of them in the future, so it's usually not worth waiting too long to kill them, even if it is not "optimal" to do so early in the game. It won't matter much by the end game.
There is cloud server saving, but Unity + Browser games don't always behave nicely together. There are a few "proper" ways to exit the game to ensure the save goes through to the server:
1) Use the "force save" button in the settings menu. This will work 100% of the time.
2) Rather than clicking the "X" in your browser window or tab to close the game, use the "ESC" key and use the in-game prompt to exit the game. This will also force the save logic to run.
