it's in the manual. it says in the description that it's in the manual which is on tab 4. what else am i supposed to do? i'd love to know how i could make the information more accessible.

5/5 i love this game is somewhat fun to mess around with the different species and throw them into the game at different lvls of evolution but one suggestion would be make it so you can either have multiple environment and/or make a larger environment to experiment with
no, both new cells have a 50% chance of not being infected. this is not a bug. if it weren't like that, infections would last forever until extinction.

Hmm, even putting one predator in a world full of herb,l.herb, and omni that have had generations to evolve ends with predators quickly wiping out everything.
yeah, generations to adapt to an environment that has no predators right? it would follow then that they are unprepared for the introduction of predators in that case, wouldn't it?

This really is awesome :p It kinda shows how fragile nature is, I can't make anything stable that has more than just herbivores and predators. Original game 4/5

Fascinating game. I have indeed used the selection tool! Perhaps you could better balance the omnivore by having them eat each other.
yes i is possible to wipe out the plants, at the default resolution at least i think. descriptions for the amoebae and accelerators can be found on the fourth tab, somewhere in the manual. think of them more as environment modifiers than actual cells.

Great. I noticed that in Small Herbivores vs. Predators at maximum plant growth rate, the herbivores won but it took a long time.

Yes, the bugfix really helped a lot, it's much more fun to look at the herbivores and predators reacting to eachother.

My near-extinction set up(withotu no extinction option check) seems to work out fo rthe herbivores much better than the predators, as the predators are very un-evolved whilst hte herbivores have high marks on the evolution scale, odd.... ANYWAY: great game, wanna mess with it some moer and try and fix that my predators are un-evolved morons xD
add yes, well see the predators evolution goes both ways. at one extreme they're faster, and at the other extreme they're able to eat the large herbivores which have spikes. being at the lowest extreme is beneficial if the only prey is small herbivores.

Managed to set it up so that the the predators nearly goextinct and then pull themselves back from the brink repeadetly until the herbivores almost go extinct, then theherbivores start to prevail and it goe son in an endless cycle! just like animal planet xD

Omnivores are cool and all, but they either reproduce too fast or kill to much. Just tuning down one would balance this game out majorly!
the omnivore class is a tangled mess of less than ideal coding practice, and i really don't enjoy trying to make changes to it. but i'll see what i can do about that.
could you describe the problem you encountered in greater detail? admittedly it was a rushed feature, but it seemed to work for me. the intent is just to make sure that at least one of each species survives as long as it's selected.

I just found a bug. If you turn off plant growth and wait until everything is gone, placing a predator makes the screen red.

I think predators should get a little bit better, now they can't really hunt the large prey, and the omnivores are eating them. :(

Great great game, If you like this type of game, but may I suggest adding a protists and some other water bassed plants, or in the sequal make it like a 3D space with air bacteria, water, and land. There should be a human version too, like put the batcteria in the body in different areas and see how it effects it! + if you think that would make an awesome game even more awesome!
