AMAZING. The AI is marvelous, the omnivores aren't overpowered, they are just like humans. The predators are like wolves, and the herbivores are like deer. The large herbivores remind me of bisons. The predators are even smart enough to form large groups to hunt in that gradually multiply overtime. The omnivores are more lone wolves, but occasionally they gather. 5/5, keep the updates coming.

Here is how the cells work:
Grass: Spawn Grass
Herbivores: Eat Grass
Predator: Eats herbivores
Omnivore: Eats herbivores and Predators
Amoebea: Sucks in Everything
Accelerator: Speeds up everthing in its Radius
Virus: (Special) A microbe that gets into another lifeform and infects it. When the lifeform dies the Virus reproduces. (Therefore making more).
+ so everyone can see this!

perhaps when a predator or omnivore eats an infected animal he should get infected. its irritating when my last infected herbivore gets killed and the virus dies

oh crap. an amoeba became a black hole :O fun game though. btw, i dont see any evolution. tell me how it works, will yah?

i imagine fungi to work like plants. more light= more plants, less light= more fungi. both use water. herbivores could have a gene to prefer one or the other

awesome. some suggestions / requests: 1) slider for metabolism/reproduction speed 2) bigger world 3) light 4) water 5) fungi 6) more genetics

Very interesting game to play around with. I like how there is a "struggle" with survival between herbivores and carnivores. It's fun watching the carnivore population go up, then die off when there are a few herbivores. Then the herbivore population explode when there are a few carnivores, etc. etc. 5/5

oh and here is a few other ideas: rival predetor: eats predetor but doesnt eat other rival predetors. special virus: when infected, any creature infected would eat other creatures but only of the same type. zombie virus: kinda like special virus only when infected the cells become a new type, a purple cell called zombie. zombie cells eat other cells of any type and when a cell is consumed, it multiplies into another zombie. antivirus: cures any types of virus if a cell touches a antivirus cell. well, thats all that i could think of for now.

Bug: Even with No Extinction, after awhile if you have many strong predators versus weak herbivores they will eat all the herbivores

oh... wait... after 30 minutes of watching the battle the predators were wiped out, then after another 10 minutes the herbivores were wiped out by the slow plant growth and the viruses, then obviously the viruses died out with no prey to attack

it would be awesome if you could add walls to make like a sort of zoo and then have like an erase button to erase a section of a wall allowing the bacteria free and causing havoc...anyways 5/5

I just made a stable ecosystem with just herbivores and carnivores O-O
It's not really stable though, it's like I made seasons, like the plants get low and the carnivores rule then the plants grow and then the herbivores rule. WOW. This game is awesome :D

So the developer responded to my comment that it doesn't make sense for a world full of maxed out herbs and l.herbs to be wiped out when a single not evolved predator is added by saying they weren't ready since the evolved without predators. That makes sense in the real world but in game they had the max of their characteristic that evolves. So a 100 max spiked l.herbs shouldn't all die when a level 1 predator is added. It makes no in game sense.
maxed spiked large herbivores are completely ignored except by max sized predators. did you have a different experience? please elaborate, i don't think i understand what's happening. are you saying that spiked herbivores were eaten by small predators? because that doesn't happen.

wow i have to say its 1 of the hardest games i have ever played way to hard to make a steady ecosystem it is fun to play though

this is a huge improvement over the last game and i offer my congratulations, however i must ask for more. more stats, more species, faster speed. and if my comment brought up a frustrating issue may i refer you to this song: five finger death punch never enough

There's a problem with the evolution aspect of this game: Because evolution is completely random, the average stat of each type of cell will always be the same as though there was no evolution. The point of evolution is that the species gets better over time. I suggest making it so that each new generation gains some attributes from the mother cell. Oh, and I think it would be cool to have certain cells gain abilities (sorta). So for example, one ability a cell could inherit or evolve could be extra speed, or it reproduces faster.
wait, are you saying they don't inherit anything from the mother cell? no, sure they do. each offspring cell's stat is equal to the mother cell's +/- a small random amount, such that each new generation changes only slightly, and randomly, as in reality. if there were no environmental pressures affecting chances of survival then yes, there would be no net change.
but you'll notice that in any situation, cells will gravitate towards one extreme (eg. herbivores become faster when predators are present, slower to conserve energy when no predators are present, as indicated by their color) it is CRITICAL that the mutation is random, and overall stats are influenced only through natural selection, as is what happens in reality.

i went upstairs for a turd and i came back down a few minutes later to see my ecosystem was still balanced yay for me!!!
