when i bought mystic scepter lvl 7 in the shop i was able to click the button that says "under construction" again and by spending another 8 time shards i was able to complete the building without restarting the day. is this intended?

The math on the guild multiplier is wrong and counts wrong. i got the x64 multiplier and my lettuce went from 3ad to 13ad. thats not 64x multiplier bro
Hey Sajking - when you level up with the guild you get another x4 added on to your multiplier. The x64 is the TOTAL multiplier you are getting on your crops from the guild. So, had you not completed any guild quests your crops would produce x64 less. But if you complete another guild quest, your lettuce would earn 13ad x 4, and your guild multiplier would become x256. I hope this clarifies!

This may or may not be intended. But if you click to harvest a resource, of which you have two, that a field worker is gathering, the field worker will move on to the next resource without losing progress if that resource is ready for harvesting.

Game is borked now. Refuses to gets to "traveling to farm", then grey screens with a dead face emoji. Checked Chrome's task manager and I see it using over 1 million K worth of resources. The heck did you do?

It's not only offline progress that doesn't work properly. I'm currently having both a friend and a main quest that requires pumpkins, and the main one is progressing much, much faster (about 10:1)

offline progress dont work correctly. For 2 h offline i obtain 156ad gold (i obtain 322ad gold per 1 lettuce) and main task for 100k crops dont progress.

Since the update, the game starts fine, begins loading, and then crashes each time I play. I can run it just fine when not logged in, though my cloud save obviously no longer works.

Update: Had to install the 64-bit version of Vivaldi in order to play this game, which is very weird because I never had this problem before. But I don't mind because I honestly thought that I already had the 64-bit version.

yeah, so this ends up using about 20% of my available memory just trying to load. Might want to do someting about this? I know idle games can take up a lot but this isn't even loading before crashing.

@JackVermicelli: iirc, exp goes past the 0-line and it can be modified by stuff. But yeah, it'd be nice if the amount per task/bribe would be displayed.

I really like this game, haven't played in a couple of days though and now I'm getting the following error when trying to start the game:
"The browser could not allocate enough memory for the WebGL content. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating less memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings."

The Boone XP numbers are useless, without value of each task shown. I wish it just stated number of tasks completed out of number of tasks required to advance.

I really like the merchant quests.
But I'm a little disappointed that it's Dijon who harvests lettuce. It has always been one friend per seed - and now Dijon has 2 seeds. You could have used Boone to harvest lettuce.
And I could always free my whole field - now therre is a much bigger rock, which I can't clear. It would have been better to add another row to the field filled with these big rocks.

I'll be another one of the guys saying "maaaan, that is getting slow.." Nice, but way too slow.
And of course in my "ingenuity" I also know the true solution and share it: the game needs spells =)
Something like a "meteor" that will give us a rock or two (preferably 5+). Cause otherwise I'm not progressing my friends for 5 more days since they all want to see some smashed rocks after the very first time I closed them their quests..

After update I gain 2ad per 24 hours, so I will still need 425 days to end the day. COME ON! I dont want to hard reset my progress :(

MattA157 - I can only get one 4x multiplier, since I need lettuce to get a second. At this point, I'm not interested in spending a week to get back where I was. Hopefully the dev makes an update that addresses this issue, and I can continue playing, or they don't and I'll just not bother. A design oversight that can cause you to get completely stuck a week into playing the game should be worth addressing, at least in my opinion. I'll continue to check back occasionally to see if anything changes, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
Xavier, thanks for taking the time to comment the issue you were having. We see that there are a few of you facing this problem. We are making it a priority to hot-fix this tuning issue so that you can reset the day. We have a solution in the works for a long term fix on the reset cost system.

When max upgrading a crop you would expect the blue bar to show in the correct position relative to the next upgrade. Is that any better?

Love the update. Thank you. I have noticed a bug (sorry!) when upgrading crops using max the fill bar doesn't show how close you are to next level (sorry if that is poorly described).

Xavier00 - the 4x multipliers stack. Also, I was at town level 14 and lost my save, it took me like a week tops to get back to where I was. Start over and focus on buildings instead of town level.

Here's a suggestion regarding the "next" crop upgrade mode. There are three modes: x1, next, and max. "x1" upgrades the crop 1 level, "next" upgrades the crop to the next bonus level (which depends on the type of crop), and "max" upgrades the crop to the maximum level for the amount of gold on hand. For "x1" and "max", if you do not have enough gold to upgrade the crop even 1 level, the cost for 1 level is shown but the upgrade button is gray and disabled. For "next", however, if you do not have enough gold to upgrade to the next bonus level, it instead acts like "max". This is both unhelpful and misleading. It would be *much* better if it simply listed the upgrade cost for the next bonus level (which you otherwise cannot see), and then made the upgrade button gray and disabled. Then you would immediately realize that you do not have enough gold for the next bonus level. Otherwise there is no way to know unless you happen to know in advance what the next bonus level is.

Still stuck on town level 14 with no level 6 buildings. Which means I can't make use of the buffed lettuce. Still never going to be able to reset the day (I need 850ad, and I have 1ad from all of my offline time of like a month). A single 4x multiplier isn't going to do anything for me.
