This is seriously one of the best Flash horror games I've ever played. The story is really good, the atmosphere is perfect, the mechanics are easy and the puzzles are logical (even if feeding the cat was a little stomach-turning). I would so happily fund the next chapter if I had the funds.

I rolled my eyes at the "headphones and dark environment recommended" I don't do headphones. Then I saw the options :D Awesome! "closed-captioning" for those of us who'd otherwise miss out on the sound atmosphere!

To the creators! This was an great game, superb atmosphere and brilliant design! You have proven once and for all that the graphics don´t need to be to realistic and that it is the gameplay that matters. Loved the creepy parts as much as they did frighten me. Brilliant and 5/5 for a good time creeped out! ;)

I quit enjoy trying to stab and burn everything in sight and id like to say the story is very compelling and the genre fairly entertaining,Five stars.

Is there a place where we can find the soundtrack? Because the soundtrack is really amazing and really compliments the dark and ominous mood of the story.

I liked it....but I found it more frustrating that intriguing. Some of the object placements could have been better. e.g. You actually cover the silver key when you walk in that room.

But it's obviously a sequel of "the black cat" by E.A.Poe! Cat's eyes are ripped off... Closed in a wall with a corpse... It's obvious!

Was awesome, got startled only once... and that was when I found out I could click a dead cat with a knife in order to cut off its jaw. O_O You bastards!

This is another evidence that nice-looking computer graphics doesn´t make a good game. I´m not familiar with Poe but this game constantly reminded me of Lovecraft.

I've never wanted to start clapping after i finished a point and click game...really gripping story and atmosphere, not too challenging and yet not too simple which I like in a game like this. excellent piece of work!

Fairly straightforward but that doesn't make it any less gripping. Really enjoyed it. Don't know if it was just me but there were times when it seemed to freeze slightly and sounds went a bit off. 5/5 though
