Those boosters you start with? They are a one time thing, and don't replenish when you start a new game. You gotta pay real money for them. maybe the badge is easy for people who drop a few hundred kreds.

Follow tips 900 Hornet gave and you get BOTD without too much trouble. Just don't make too long runs, mine crashed around 30 min mark and I lost all money/ achievemnts.

Finally I got it after I maxed knife and cooldown, level 1 in armor, might and move speed: https://i.ibb.co/kHPy6BH/2023-07-13-22-42-34.jpg

If you're going to shamelessly copy Vampire survivors, at the very freaking least, do it right. how could you manage to make all the weapons suck that bad, while ennemies' health scales up so damn fast. no effing thank you, stick that badge... well you know where...

So grind heavy. Poor main attack with very pixel specific hit frame coupled with enemies quickly stacking up in number and HP means the RNG for coins is impossibly low per run. Add in rather expensive upgrades means 10 min in and I'm barely 3% to the 1st upgrade. No TQVM. I have better things to do than rerun 40-50 for one questionable upgrade on such an uninspired game.

Ok, I'm stubborn so I get the BOTD, but jeeeeez ! Was this game bad !
You take the genre and delete all the good parts (aiming with the mouse so you can go backward while shooting, geting a magnet to grab stuf that is litteraly 2 pixels from you, having a way to make money instead of pure luck, etc...) and leave this cr*p.
Sorry devs, but you ruined ant fun that could happen in your game :-(

Do I shoot at the cursor? No. Do I shoot at nearest enemy? No. Do I shoot in a fixed direction? Also no. -- I shoot where the character is facing, in a game of running away from enemies, with no timer gauge nor control for the shots. 1/5 for the control scheme.

I usually find the numbers of monster increase substantially around the 8 minute mark and I get overrun by lag by the 12th minute... game over

This easy badge is extremely miss leading because it's not "collect 100 coins" but instead it's collect 100 coins in a single run which is really hard to do. This badge should easily be a hard badge because collecting coins is not only hard it is also luck based.

Easiest method I found was to head straight UP. Turn and run continuosly RIGHT along the roads dashed line. Trash cans spawn on that line. Prioritize KNIFE and BLOWTORCH when upgrading. Much easier after buying 1 x MOVE SPEED and COOLDOWN upgrades from main menu.

BTW, to everyone struggling, follow 900_Hornet's instructions and you'll be able to get EVERY badge on this in a single game. Just focus on the knife first and on the rocket launcher only when they don't offer you the knife upgrade. I have level 1 in Health, Duration, Cooldown and Might with nothing else and got 779 coins in a single game. I could have got more but I got sloppy on purpose because I was getting bored. For the record, the Red Andrew Reapers are the ones that throw the MASSIVE scythes at you. The ones that throw the little ones don't count.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I needed 38 more Red Andrew Reapers. I counted 50 and finally let myself die to get the kills to register.
99/100. Apparently they weren't all Red Andrew Reapers. I hate this game.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Lasts four bagdes in single run, easy badge should be: collect 100 coins in all runs, and impossible badge: slay 100 red andrew reapers in single run, but even then it woudn't be difficult with all upgrades.

max gold ive had in a run is 45 and that run was like 12 minutes and i alligned myself with a trashcan so i would shoot it every time i ran past it

The hard badge is at least 2 times easier than the first easy badge. Something is wrong with these badges. And to add salt this hard "easy" badge is a BotD!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The easy badge needs to be done in a single run, while the impossible badge doesn't; so you'll probably get them roughly at the same time. It doesn't make sense!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The hell?! I can't even get FOUR pennies in one run, simply because they're so damn rare, and you want me to get a HUNDRED?! Nerts to that!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
For the easy badge, you need to get the 100 pennies in one run. Which means you need a lot of upgrade to survive to around minute 15. (Or extreme luck to get kettles from the bins...)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Do yourself a favour and start the game with the blow torch as your selected weapon (costs 10 pennies). Breaking bins is a bit harder but not having to worry about which way you're facing is worth it.

Just go the the upper street and run straight, use all your power up on knives and at a certain point (if you have a cooldown upgrade unlocked) the game wins itself.
The impossible and hard badges are too easy whilst the easy badge is too hard, they should swap the difficulties.

what initially appears to be a twin-stick shooter is severely limited by firing in the direction the character is currently facing. seeing kongpanions is nice, but whole experience feels undercooked

2 speed upgrades, 1 cooldown, and all the badges are yours. Upgrade knife and torch and keep running in straight line for the trash cans. Seems to be a spawn limit, meaning you're going to reach a point where you're outrunning everything, and there's just one big cloud of monsters following you offscreen. Had to stop running and get hit by the mobs to finish the game.

There is a bug where clicking on an upgrade gives you the wrong upgrade. I believe there is some issue with the selected upgrade not updating if you didn't move your mouse. Big bummer when you are banking on that upgrade to save your life.

It would be very nice if the badge description specified that the achievement has to be completed in one game, when and if that is the case. And, as so many others have also requested, a "Magnetic" upgrade is desperately needed. And a gentle reminder to fix the name. It should be "Chef's Last Stand," (which is the possessive) not "Chef" (simply incorrect; meaningless) or "Chefs" (plural, but there's only one chef, not an army of chefs). Thank you.

Even with the kniferunning strategy, I could only survive up to 10 minutes until I upgraded amount and cooldown in the main menu (there should be clearer explanations on what each upgrade does). Then I lasted 20 minutes with 80 on the easy badge and 79 on the impossible badge.
That first easy badge must definitely be broken, though.
