If your going to make a 4.Make it so the stars give you a little bit more.I cant tell the difference between a rifle troop with 2 stars and a rifle troop with no stars.

Anyone who said that nothing has changed here got a big fat (-). Personally I don't understand why.... All they tried to say is that this is not a new game. Almost everything is the same, even the soundtrack is the same! OK, the spy character is great now, but the lame restart system is not and I had high hopes for it....I rated City Siege 2 high enough 4/5, not this time though.

New features include:
- More varied terrain
- Water, Lava, Swamps and Bridges
- Volcanic levels
- New Baddies, including Tesla Coils, Jeeps... etc
- Just as funny and explosive as before... That is not a new feature!!

best way to get 3 star. Secure the Hostages and VIPs, collect stars with the spy and then kill all "baddies" with the Veteran + to keep it alive

Even thought there's a lot of improvements (the spy has become one of the most usefull units in the game) I have a couple of complains: 1- I'd like to see again funny briefings (in city siege 1 and 2 I couldn't stop laughing with some of them); 2- why is the jeep cheeper than the veteran if, IMO, it has beter stats and is more useful than the veteran? anyways, as I said before 5/5
