awww....I loved the stealth unit (the spy) from the previous installments. Still this is a fun game, but I find it more forgiving, suchas f one of my units die, I canabort the mission, and they have full health. I also noticed that the telsa grenade unit attack does not get noticed by the enemy just wonderng if that is meant to be. On a different note, I hope to see more installments, as I enjoy this series very much.

Also, just found a glitch on the mech and jet troop. You can go up infinitely if you mash. Which is kind of nice but obviously not intended.

It's just.. Not the same. I can't place it, but it isn't coming off at the same fun level. Still a solid game but... It feels more like it should be a spin off than the next sequel.

Not balanced as usual. If you want to save money and time - grind levels around 6-7 several times with buggy, and buy R-Wing. It is extremely fast, and has unreal firepower, and it fly, yes. Robot just isn't good for anything - too slow, not enough damage - easy target for underground cannons. Tesla and flame are fun, but too easy to kill civs, and lose gems.

It's amazing, the grouping function makes the classes work together and cooperate as one for the mission, also allows you to quickly sweep characters.

The developer should so make a Medieval one of these, with an option to turn having civs on or off. + So they can see this message

I know it is a really trifling matter, but by the third game I was downright sick of the same music over and over, and now its just flat out annoying. And honestly, this game lacks so much more than the other games. I mean, yes, the graphics and new scenery is sort of refreshing, but people are going to miss killing the badies instead of aliens. Plus, there are only 20 levels as compared to the 4 or so of the other games. And lastly, that annoying "click to deploy, select which to deploy, select which to play as" is quite annoying. I feel like this is a bit of a step back from the last game, which even though it had its bugs, was altogether quite fun.

The last one I played through a number of times. This one doesn't have that draw to it. In the previous game I would use multiple units working together to solve the problems. Here I'm too busy chasing crystals to be able to put together a plan. Also, I finished the first 6 levels with just the starter unit. Nothing else was needed. And that starting to every level. Going through the same motions every time. Yes I want to start the next level, no I don't want to buy anything else, yes start level, yes deploy, yes deploy all. Why? I doubt I'm going to finish playing this game at all unless there are achievements. No fun in it.

a very nice addition to the city siege games; although (and not everyone is with me on this) i kinda miss fighting the baddies with rifles and machine guns (not aliens with lasers). also to me it seems to me that your units are less permanent as my units die much more.

too easy to just blow up everything with plane/scatter after getting the civs out with jetpack/mech. Eggs and vines die to scatter, worms to plane, crystal to mech on highest ledge. Grouping doesn't work well between different unit types

I've played through the previous three games, but this honestly seems to be the worst of them all. Nothing really was obvious, so I was killing myself and blowing up civilians through the first few levels, having no idea what did what. The character design isn't very good, and the unit selection seem even more limited and closely related than the last games. I didn't really like the new enemy types, and the unit selection is tedious; overall, it feels like you took out the best stuff from the first games and added things that I felt didn't complement it whatsoever. I like that you took a risk with this whole new design, so I'll say 3/5.

I've only played a few levels but this new installment of city siege seems to me a little bit below the previous one(s); you took back a few great features from them. The troop selection is a little bit annoying: why always ask me which troops to deploy? By default the same units should be always deployed, and why do i have to click for that (some kind of an auto-deploy option)? At this point, i still have to figure out to kill civilians: firing upon them doesn't hurt them? Troops HP shouldn't be retored at the end of a level. Last thing, this is minor but i miss the fact that upgrading troops required stars, not cash. Also, ui-wise, it is a bit less readable than the previous episodes; i think this may be due to the palette choice. The setup (alien and scifi theme) although is very nice. All in all, this is still a fun game but not exactly on par with the previous installments. Hopefully, nothing than a good update can solve. 4/5

Darn, would have thought that the jetpack troops would follow me wherever I fly to instead of just on the ground. Well, I guess that would be a bit OP... Oh, and for nearly unlimited jetpack fuel, just keep tapping "w" or "↑". It recharges just as fast as you use it then.
