hi im 12 my motorial functions are 2 on a scale from 1 to 10, i have no hand-eye co-ordination at all, i cant think of a strategy abov 'use gun 2 shoot', ur wrong and im rite controls suck waah

@Eclipse Angel, the controls are most certainly the biggest source of difficulty. Yes, the robots do exactly what you tell them, but 1) the commands you can give the robots are extremely limited, and 2) the mechanism for giving these commands (i.e. dragging the mouse) is painfully inefficient. Figuring out the strategy for a given level or challenge is trivial compared to wrestling with the controls in order to actually enact that strategy.

Aight, so the only challenge that is actually difficult at all is #4. This is, again, not because of controls; it's because of two things: firstly, the dragon and the sword have the same weapon. When you're in range to shoot, so is the dragon. Secondly, the weapon has a minimum range, meaning you can't just set the shield to follow - it'll get too close, the dragon can't target hit and kills your sword instead. What you have to do is continuously keep the shield *and* the sword in range, with the shield just a little closer without ever coming too close. And yes, that's very, very difficult, but it has nothing to do with controls that 'suck'. The controls do *exactly* what you tell it to: if it doesn't do what you *want* it to do, it's because you *told* it to do something else.

Just completed the campaign, without any real difficulty. Yes, at times the opponent just ran over me with ease, and I had to drastically change my strategy: but when I did drastically change that strategy, it worked like a charm and I won with hardly any troubles. Controlling robots wasn't so hard as the comments like to make-believe (though I guess, again, you need the right strategy); and losing the Final Hour a couple of times due to control was really all my own fault. Gonna try challenges now, curious to see whether control is a bigger issue there.

career mode is a solid 5/5 however the challenges are completely impractical, enemies will shoot past decoys and maintaining range in a square arena is impossible against enemies who can simply fan out and trap your one pathetic bot ie "puppy"; clearly these challenges weren't attempted before badging

i get the guns have ranged but cant the bots try and stay without that ranged, srsly my bots keep going right nxt to a enemy but cant shoot coz its ranged is like 50-140

@abraaz: The shoop da woop gun was removed from the Bot Arena 3 game. It was ages ago when i last played this and found the shoop da woop, but now, its not there anymore.

how is the last badge not impossible? the AI is to smart to fall for the shield trick on challenge 4 the range of the enemies is to big on the ranged challenge, your weapon doesnt do enough damage on the second challenge

If you want to beat Challenge 4, have Sword follow shield and try to keep shield between them. They have a dead range that you can play with so if sword gets too close he cant be shot anyway. Took me 3 attempts this way, with 2 of them getting him below I'd say 20%

The challenges are stupid as in evade which they surround me and my gun is so weak how am i supposed to kill them all while running for a year and also in the sword and shield cuz the sword always gets closer and the shield gets away even when i tell them not to do so.
