Well, I played for a while and there are some obvious issues and some positive aspects (the puzzle walking is somewhat interesting).
Instead, I'll focus on a big need if you want this to turn into something playable. After a while, progress completely stops as the monsters completely outlevel you. I'm at a point where all my skills are 10, and the monsters are levels 17-21. Not only am I unable to complete the stage after dozens of attempts, I'm lucky if I can kill one monster out of a couple dozen attempts.
This doesn't make the game difficult, insofar as all I need to do is figure out the path to the weaker monster. It just breaks the game, making further play pointless.

I like the puzzle aspect of moving around. Having turn-based fighting would be nice. Or just something gives us some choices while fighting. And letting us decide where we want to spend our upgrade points.

You want to include some choices in this game before its finished, which stats to develop, where/what monsters to fight and when, those kind of rpg elements.
Maybe these levels should be 'dungeons' in a larger world with stores etc.
Nice idea of combining such puzzles with rpg.

1. Develop some more interesting combat mechanics
2. Make it so that you have to think about either battling someone to level up or keeping your hp.

Broadly I was saying it is potentially a pretty nice gameplay. But please -even if it was a mistake to write in french, - don't insult my people, there is no need.
