game is too laggy (forced to play on high because low is broken), aim is absolutely broken, can be good game once these are fixed

This game has a lot of good elements but when it comes down to it, it just falls flat in so many ways. I really appreciate the developer for listening to the comments but this feels more like an endless battle mode of a much more complicated game, rather than a full game itself.
Also, you've removed the need to pick up experience, so why even have the magnet? The HP box? I mean, okay, but it's going to be the last thing maxed out every single time.
It just needs more. More variety, more types of zombies, more ways to kill them, more game modes etc. Weapon switching? Melee attack? Grenades? Power ups? (Hey there's a way to utilize the magnet!) I don't know, but this is a good foundation for a larger game.

The game is unplayable for me. There are HUD elements, but otherwise just a black screen-- no character, enemies, background, etc.

PS. I'm not sure the "+ damage" (after maxing the four main upgrades) is doing anything. I have it at +70 already and it still takes too many hits to kill anything. I guess it does do SOMEthing but not enough. This is really grinding - it would be fun to be able to really destroy them at SOME point...

Nice! I had a couple of ideas:
- Some different "maps", just for variety and the feeling of progression (i.e. junkyard, downtown, etc.)
- After upgrading all the weapons, money becomes useless. Make it possible to buy xp with money (even at an unfavorable rate)
- The weaker weapons are just steps to get to the best one. Make it possible to switch weapons in-game (maybe just 3 you can pre-choose) and make them up-gradable much further, in such a way that the weaker weapons will still be useful (i.e. against different types of enemies). This is also something to spend more money on.
- Grenades!!!

On Day 1, how do I enable... light? All I see are the hud/UI elements, but just black otherwise-- no character or enemies or anything.

Nice game but what is the purpose of laser if it will pass through zombies? The line should end at zombie's body and obstacles.

There's a nice variety of opponents, with different attack modes. However, rather than just making them take more and more damage, they should vary in other ways -- fast guys get faster, ranged weapons become more accurate, etc. Also, for variety, there should be waves of similar opponents -- i.e. level 12 is mostly fast guys, 13 is mostly archers, 14 is so many shield guys that you have to work not to be boxed in, etc.
Great game, though. Thanks!

The artwork and animation are very well done though, and the controls are smooth and easy. The variety of enemy types is a big strength, though I wish there were more ways of dealing with the shield guys. On a lot of the levels I ended up with a big group of them at the very end and just had to circle and shoot around them for an annoying amount of time. Granted, once I got the flamethrower they became a non-issue, but that also meant the final gun felt worthless because the shield guys are such an issue for any weapon besides the flamer. Also got to say, the final gun was a let down. Based on the design, I was hoping for some kind of laser or lightning gun, but just got another assault rifle, which the game already had, so...lame. It is a fun game for an hour or so of play, but then the repetition of just the one level and the actual gameplay drags it down. You've done some really good work here, but it needs something more to it to make it worth coming back to again and again.

Awesome game! i ve never commented any of these games but this one rocks, it would be cool to add different arenas, barrels that can actually explode, maybe some class division like sniper heavy fast or anything. those are some of my personal ideas, thank you and sorry for my bad english im from Argentina :D

Nice concept. Once you have the flamethrower actually fun. Main point is the really bad aim. This is a shooter. Aim shoot be good (unless a good explanation) and consistent. Sometimes I am off by centimeters. Sometimes I am right on the spot. The is just annoying. 2 stars.

Oh and one more thing: EXP doesn't vanish and floats to you directly after beating the level or dying (this was an update you made after reading the comments). This is fine, however, this also means that the magnet upgrade is completly useless now, since gold is automatically collected when killing a zombie.

I played with recent updates. It's not a fresh concept but works well in browser games. Graphics are neat and upgrading stuff while shooting zombies is nice. Some things I noticed:
1) Aiming is off - implement a crosshair or laserpointer, the character doesn't shoot in the direction of your mouse.
2) Too grindy - Needs a little fine tuning.
3) Hitbox - enemies start to hit and when you are a few meters away close out the animation and still hit you.
4) Flamethrower - You can shoot through barriers and shields which seems okay, but this way you can cheese the lvl 10 Boss if you the barrels between him and you because he won't move around them.
4) Dodge - needs a lower cooldown.
5) Variety - The "get stronger" stuff is neccessary, but the creative stuff is cool. How about grenades? Or a dash move that damages all in its path?
Hope you don't mind me being so critical, still enjoyed the game and I always welcome a change to all those idle games flooding the site.

I'm getting a pop in the audio when it goes into the menu or into a level. Its short but makes it difficult to keep headphones on. Great idea to be able to upgrade damage after all your skills are maxed. I expected the red barrels to explode, maybe consider making them green

You have something good here, the game is rather fun but it could use some improvements:
- More guns, more perks, more upgrades. More grinding and customization possible. Maybe adding some weapon-specific upgrades (more bullets, better aim, special bullets, etc etc)
- Different maps. Seriously, playing wave after wave of zombies in the same map can get dull.
- A way to control progression. Maybe a map where you can complete different scenarios? a way to replay older missions?
- More enemies and, specially, more and varied bosses.

Fun game, but you might as well update the anatomy of zombies to have 10 meter arms, because it doesn't matter how far you are or roll away.. if the animation starts, you're going to get hit.

Love 90% of this. Everything fundamental is in place. The campaign arc is short and the maps lack diversity, but the basis is in place for a fun and rewarding experience.

Zombie hitboxes are ridiculously small. Aspect ratio is off... magnet works better east\west than north\south, aiming is skewed on diagonals, etc. Magnet is for exp (what you learning by doing) not money (what's in people's pockets). Magnet does NOT work on health boxes. The more zombies on screen the more aim is off. Flamethrower is a terrible weapon. Zombies (with AK47s, because why not?) can shoot you from off the screen. Zombies are immune to damage while spawning, but still block your path and have RIDICULOUSLY large hit range. Roll is WORSE than useless, it rolls in the direction you're facing, not the direction you're going, it gets caught on all obstacles, including zombies, and you get no immunity frames while rolling. The edge of the map has jagged terrain, meaning it's easy to get caught on it. Zombies spawn behind trees and telephone poles.
This game aims for 'challenging' without being either technically good, or fun.

There are a lot of issues that could've been addressed just by looking at the comment section of any other poorly rated shooter game. It gets way too many of the basics wrong, despite looking nice. I wanted to like it, but it just doesn't feel like this was created by someone who's played many shooter games, because it feels built but not with the player in mind.

Please add auto-collect at the end of a stage. Having to leave a zomb alive and string it along while you pick up xp is goofy.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
You have reversed options. Clicking will "choose" grey (false) options. To mute music/SFX, press ON button and to turn off shadows press HIGH one...

Mouse aim is atrociously off. You have to aim nowhere near the zombies to hit them. Right out of the gate they take WAY too many hits to kill. If you do not collect experience orbs and beat the level it doesn't appear that you get them. Great start to something but frustrating and not worth playing yet.

Unrepentant grinder. Hitboxes are ludicrous, since their attacks are unavoidable and your own are... oh wait, nope, forgot to target the shadow on that one, so I missed. Even so, keeping whatever you earned in each run foregoes the need to rerun previous stages. Definitely incremental... Lost Souls with less of an incentive?

when i zombie starts the attack animation there is no way to get away from it, even if i roll over and stand very far away somehow that zombie manages to hit me. Also the game looks quite good but it is very grindy.
